“Although the Yay team were always very accessible we ending up purchasing phones far too advanced for what we needed. It was only upon delivery when we couldn't get the phones to work that we were asked whether we hold VoIP accounts with Yay and we said that we did not, revealing we had bought the completely incorrect type of phone. It would have been better that during the calls we had with the team prior to making our purchase this had been clarified. We have now had to organise the return of the phones and pay over £12 in postage which is unacceptable.”

Thank you so much for your purchase. Unfortunately we only retail VoIP phones so we were unable to exchange your order for an analogue phone. We do hope to welcome you as a VoIP customer in the future though!

“Before I heard of Yay.com, I thought adding a second phone number to my business was going to be very time consuming and expensive! But thanks to Yay that is no longer the case. I created my new phone number within a matter of minutes and within the first hour or so, I had set up my soft phone, call forwading and voicemail. All thats left for me to do now is Purchase a voip phone for my office desk. The thing that blew me away the most was the level of customer service through the live chat system. Every question I had was answered to a very high level and in a easy to understand way. to be honest, I'm blown away by the whole business... perfection!”

“I'd never used Yay.com before but decided to give them a try as they were the cheapest supplier of Grandstream GXP2130 phones that I could find. Ordered before 4pm and the phones arrived the next morning. I can't fault the service so far and I will certainly use them again for any more phone related purchases :-)”

“While I'm incredibly technically minded, VoIP is something that's completely new to me. Laurence, Meg and the rest of the customer care team have graceful guided me through every single question I have with a positive, polite and informative answer. I don't think anything is too much trouble and I can't wait to start reselling it to my customers! Thanks again”

“Very good service, the packaging team only put half the order in the parcel but sent an invoice saying there were two inside! Customer service was great, apologised & explained the confusion, then sent out the rest of the order via next day delivery! Will definitely use again if the need arises!”

“Great people, really friendly service. There was a bit of a cock up with our equipment order and we ended up paying more than we'd expected. With any other supplier I'd probably have kicked up a fuss but you guys have just been so helpful with everything else... Long may it continue!”

“Just set up an account for our new office and was helped by a very friendly woman (who's name i forgot, sorry!) She helped me set up my new VoIP phone and account and was extremely friendly. Would recommend to everyone!!!!!!!!! [three calls on the 15th of March 2016 to set up a GXV3275 - hopefully the thanks gets to the right person!]”

“I was looking to retain my landline number which I've had for 18 years and transfer to a cloud based system. After trying all the big players YAY were the only ones who could do it, at an unbelievable low cost and very quickly, keeping me informed at every stage of the process. I also bought a VOIP phone from their store and this was delivered promptly,being a novice to VOIP I've had to call them a few times and service has been great.”

“We chose Yay to replace a VOIP service which we had been using for several years, but which was more expensive, and a good deal less flexible, with far fewer features (eg Yay's browser based setup and management, which is good). I joined Yay and, with the number they provided, tested the link with our VOIP server and got good support while setting up their routing scheme. Porting our business number over from the existing provider ended up taking a lot of effort on Yay's part: the number was originally BT's, had been assigned to a different location, and then ported to VOIP. But Yay were persisitent with BT and gave good feedback through the process. The port came through while I was away, but having set up the original Yay number on my server, calls to the office number came through seamlessly - the only thing I had to fix was the line number appearing on outgoing calls. Only 4 stars at this stage because we have only just started using Yay as our main telephone line today - but all looks great so far.”
