Very good service, the packaging team only put half the order in the parcel but sent an invoice saying there were two inside! Customer service was great, apologised & explained the confusion, then sent out the rest of the order via next day delivery! Will definitely use again if the need arises!

Fast and friendly, very good support for VoIP setup on hardware and software. Better knowledge of the compatibility between equipment from their own store would be useful.

Great people, really friendly service. There was a bit of a cock up with our equipment order and we ended up paying more than we'd expected. With any other supplier I'd probably have kicked up a fuss but you guys have just been so helpful with everything else... Long may it continue!

Just set up an account for our new office and was helped by a very friendly woman (who's name i forgot, sorry!) She helped me set up my new VoIP phone and account and was extremely friendly. Would recommend to everyone!!!!!!!!! [three calls on the 15th of March 2016 to set up a GXV3275 - hopefully the thanks gets to the right person!]

I was looking to retain my landline number which I've had for 18 years and transfer to a cloud based system. After trying all the big players YAY were the only ones who could do it, at an unbelievable low cost and very quickly, keeping me informed at every stage of the process. I also bought a VOIP phone from their store and this was delivered promptly,being a novice to VOIP I've had to call them a few times and service has been great.

We chose Yay to replace a VOIP service which we had been using for several years, but which was more expensive, and a good deal less flexible, with far fewer features (eg Yay's browser based setup and management, which is good). I joined Yay and, with the number they provided, tested the link with our VOIP server and got good support while setting up their routing scheme. Porting our business number over from the existing provider ended up taking a lot of effort on Yay's part: the number was originally BT's, had been assigned to a different location, and then ported to VOIP. But Yay were persisitent with BT and gave good feedback through the process. The port came through while I was away, but having set up the original Yay number on my server, calls to the office number came through seamlessly - the only thing I had to fix was the line number appearing on outgoing calls. Only 4 stars at this stage because we have only just started using Yay as our main telephone line today - but all looks great so far.

The whole Yay team have been so helpful, but Daisy is in a league of her own! She's been amazing with everything including our number port, setting up call routing and talking though phone options. Such a great ambassador for the Yay team! Absolutely brilliant company with brilliant staff! Thanks Daisy for being such an amazing help!

Not being technically minded and not really knowing what voip phones were all about, I've been putting off voip phone systems for ages. Came accross Yay.com a few months ago and decieded to order a voip phone system for our small 3 person office, on installation I had a few technical issues, later found out to be down to our 1990's office network... With a few calls and messages between Yay.com and me, the issue was overcome very quickly and easily and we were up and running on voip! ! ! Along with new the phones, we ended up purchasing a new router from Yay.com, I always thought it was our area that gave us slow internet, turns out you do get what you pay for and the new router's done the trick. We are now benefiting from crystal clear phone calls, what amazes me is how much money we're going to save now we've lost our previous 3 BT lines, should have done this ages ago! Thank you to all at Yay.com, great service and thanks again for helping a man/buisness who 'was' still living in the 1990's I.T world.

Overall I have been impressed with the help I have received. At all times it has been friendly and makes me more than willing to recommend Yay as a company to use. In confidence, hover, let me share my recent experience which (having run an IT services company in my past) would worry me a little bit. On Thursday (my first day as a user) Meg set me up to use X-Lite and GS Wave. She even stayed late to make sure it was working (it was ad i tested it to my satisfaction). However, come the Friday morning it had stopped working. I made contact with the Chat facility and Lawrence (Laurence) helped to fix the problem (eventually by getting me to install Linphone instead of GSWave). Whilst it worked (and Lawrence was more than willing to help see the problem fixed) i then ended up (over the weekend and into Monday) getting loads of Ghost calls. So I recontacted the chat facility and Meg helped resole the problem (and all is still OK 3 days later) by getting me to go back to using GS Wave. I think (as a non-technical user) that it makes sense to maybe use a more limited range of apps that you know work AND if there are problems, to fix these rather than go to the expedient of trying another app (which on this occasion didn't work). I say this based on my past as at least that way, you are going to get a more consistent user experience rather than different solutions that create more calls in the long term. BUT to repeat, I couldn't fault Laurence's customer service approach, he wanted t make sure I had a working solution. I hope this helps Richard Ashmore 07718 520 048

Excellent service and help love the voip phone system so easy to use found the staff of yay.com so helpful specially Grace and Daisy. I would highly recommend this phone service to anybody Richard of RH Handyman Services.

I found what I wanted straight away. Not the very cheapest, but cheaper than most, with free next day delivery which was totally brilliant, even giving me a text telling me the hour within which I would get my item, and the name of the driver!

I had a great experience calling Yay! I dealt with a lady called Meg and her knowledge of the product and different range of services was amazing. I had a variety of questions, some complex, and she answered every one without the need to be put on hold or ask anyone else. It was refreshing to have someone on the end of a phone that knew what they were talking about! So Far Yay seems like a great product with second to none customer service to back it up.
