I dealt with Jez at Yay and he was so helpful and he resolved my very difficult situation quickly and efficiently. He was a pleasure to speak with and he put me at ease when I was in a vulnerable situation . I can’t thank him enough!

After using their system for three months now, I could not recommend highly enough Yay team. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and always reachable on the phone! I am so happy with them that I have since ordered three more handsets for our retail shops. I simply could not find any faults in the three months we have been with them. So happy with the customer service at Yay.com! Jez was incredibly helpful and knew his stuff. Not only that, it was nice talking to a person who cared about getting things right. Jez also understood that I had a limited knowledge of the technology and that this was the first time I had used SIP so helped me understand what I might have done wrong and why. We eventually got to the bottom of my problem and fixed and I am so happy we did! Could not have asked for a better customer service than that!

Spoke to Daisy today regarding setting up a Voip system. She was immensely helpful and knew the product inside out. There was no 'sales pitch' or constant bolt on offers, it genuinely was about the right system for my need. I am yet to use the system on a day to day basis but if the product is as good as the customer service then I have nothing to worry about. In my test calls so far I have encountered no issues at all.

5 Star Service!!! I called in the team over at YAY.com as my company was having a fault with our phone lines this morning. When I rang the team they was are very well mannered on the phone, bubbly and informative. I would personally like to highlight out Meg the advisor who helped our company back to be operational again. She was extremely patient, friendly and looked at all avenues to get us back on track at fastest pace she could. It's never easy to diagnose a problem straight away but you could tell she wanted it sorted ASAP! A true asset to the company and guys keep up the great work! Stephen @ Finance365

What a Breath of fresh Air! YaY are knowledgeable, helpful and joy to talk too. Telephone support superb. Web Interface is simple with state of the art code being employed. We have transfer 100's of accounts over. No I mean it! Believe me when I say. Yours Truely AJ Position Long term suffer of poor IT support services Companies.

Jez was very patient and enthusiastic throughout my configuration issue. I could not have asked for a more helpful technician. At no point was giving up or passing the buck an option, with a tenacious attitude he solved the problem which was haunting me for over a week. Thank you.

I'm really impressed This is excellent value. From the price I thought this might be a poor experience. How wrong could I be. I've been with Yay for well over a year now and have nothing but praise. The customer service team were excellent in helping me get started. As a home/worker I have separate home & business numbers, and I use many of the features - including the IVR for an excellent call blocker, better than BT. With hindsight my only mistake was to buy my VOIP phone elsewhere - after I had a few difficulties getting the right configuration, the customer service team sorted me out. Apparently if I'd bought the phones from yay they'd have been set up so I could just plug in. No connection - I don't do many reviews, but I'm just really impressed. They deserve to succeed.

I was completely ignorant about VOIP and SIP. I'm still no expert but these guys were patient to share knowledge and help me get setup in no time. i have been using the service now for about 6 months. The flexibility and cost savings are huge compared to using traditional telecommunications providers. Do yourself a favour, spend the time, talk to these people and make up your own mind. I wish I had done this years ago. Thanks to you and the team at Yay.

I run a IT company and heavily involved in wireless network installation for both business and residential customers. We had a supply issue with our current hardware supplier so did a little search around and cam across yay.com never heard of them before we were a little hesitant as the cost on most products were a fair bit cheaper than over providers. So we had a look around the review sites and they have fairly good rating but for providing VOIP and web based services but not much on supply of hardware. So instead of ordering over the internet we decided to call them and ask a few questions before odering. After talking to them we decided to go ahead and order some items and all went fine. We received the items all in good working order the following day. All in all a great service and due to the prices can safely say we will be using them in the future. Well done Yay you now have another new customer and look forward to doing business with you in the future on our next project.

Jez was very helpful with resolving my issue (he helped set up call routing) and ran me through options that I could add (e.g. setting up voicemail or out of hours routes). He is very knowledgeable about Yah's products and services, e.g. a conference line option and how much the addition number/extension would cost. Very happy with my Voip service, knowing there is a great support team at hand whenever I might need help.
