Meg is always very helpful and sorted out our one off afternoon divert for us having already explained what to do, thank you! All the staff I have had contact with have been very helpful with a very "can do" attitude.

I have been with Yay.com for a few months but have only recently taken advantage of all of the features offered. The website is extremely easy to use, even with little prior knowledge of VoIP. I had one issue that was quickly fixed with a phone call. I would heartily recommend yay.com to anyone requiring their services.

Great support, never used or set up a system and they did it all over phone in 5 mins. Soon as it was done received a call. Number porting was so easy as well. Looking forward to playing with the dashboard and seeing what I can do. Never go back to BT

The System: Somehow after all this time of testing all kinds of VOIP systems, I've never found something so easy and intuitive to use, to the point that non-technical / IT users can grasp understanding of how it works. The fact you can change everything to your liking truly makes for a system that works for you, rather than you working around the system which in my book is always a key factor. Customer Services: Our main point of contact was Jez and well, he was incredible with us. Went above and beyond compared to what I'm used to. Whether it be me bugging him about the simplest of questions or getting a hand in setting up the company back-end. I couldn't fault him in any way, he was always there willing to help. Overall I'm incredibly happy with both the system and customer service provided by yay.com and look forward to what the future may bring.

Super-fast, free DPD delivery (with hour time slots!). And they were quite a bit cheaper than other websites.

I have been using Yay.com to supply me with Unifi UAP AC lite wireless access points. They send them with UK power leads, next day delivery, all at a competitive price.

Yay.com had the products I wanted at a brilliant price, and were delivered in only a couple of days! They also supplied UK IEC power cables in addition to the standard EU ones which came with the boxed products at no extra cost. And when I forgot to order the ethernet cables I needed they very graciously offered to fulfil the additional order without charging shipping. A special shout-out to Daisy who was incredibly friendly and helpful when I called up, and followed-up on my order to ensure fulfilment. Just wonderful service all round. I'll definitely be shopping with them again and thoroughly recommend them to anyone else.

I am really happy with the intuitive Dashboard and although I struggled a bit in the beginning I'm getting the hang of it already. The support provided by the customer support agents over livechat and via email has been nothing short of tremendous. I had a chat with Daisy recently and she was not only patient, but got a phone like the one I was using, so she can guide me through the steps and send me screenshot instructions.

Having being a sceptic of how well VOIP would work for my business, I am now its biggest fan. After using traditional telephone lines for many years, this has transformed at an affordable cost our internal and external communications. The team at Yay go beyond great customer service and always answer you in a manor that is now! Or it will be very soon. Top marks to all of you.
