The whole Yay team have been so helpful, but Daisy is in a league of her own! She's been amazing with everything including our number port, setting up call routing and talking though phone options. Such a great ambassador for the Yay team! Absolutely brilliant company with brilliant staff! Thanks Daisy for being such an amazing help!

Not being technically minded and not really knowing what voip phones were all about, I've been putting off voip phone systems for ages. Came accross Yay.com a few months ago and decieded to order a voip phone system for our small 3 person office, on installation I had a few technical issues, later found out to be down to our 1990's office network... With a few calls and messages between Yay.com and me, the issue was overcome very quickly and easily and we were up and running on voip! ! ! Along with new the phones, we ended up purchasing a new router from Yay.com, I always thought it was our area that gave us slow internet, turns out you do get what you pay for and the new router's done the trick. We are now benefiting from crystal clear phone calls, what amazes me is how much money we're going to save now we've lost our previous 3 BT lines, should have done this ages ago! Thank you to all at Yay.com, great service and thanks again for helping a man/buisness who 'was' still living in the 1990's I.T world.

Overall I have been impressed with the help I have received. At all times it has been friendly and makes me more than willing to recommend Yay as a company to use. In confidence, hover, let me share my recent experience which (having run an IT services company in my past) would worry me a little bit. On Thursday (my first day as a user) Meg set me up to use X-Lite and GS Wave. She even stayed late to make sure it was working (it was ad i tested it to my satisfaction). However, come the Friday morning it had stopped working. I made contact with the Chat facility and Lawrence (Laurence) helped to fix the problem (eventually by getting me to install Linphone instead of GSWave). Whilst it worked (and Lawrence was more than willing to help see the problem fixed) i then ended up (over the weekend and into Monday) getting loads of Ghost calls. So I recontacted the chat facility and Meg helped resole the problem (and all is still OK 3 days later) by getting me to go back to using GS Wave. I think (as a non-technical user) that it makes sense to maybe use a more limited range of apps that you know work AND if there are problems, to fix these rather than go to the expedient of trying another app (which on this occasion didn't work). I say this based on my past as at least that way, you are going to get a more consistent user experience rather than different solutions that create more calls in the long term. BUT to repeat, I couldn't fault Laurence's customer service approach, he wanted t make sure I had a working solution. I hope this helps Richard Ashmore 07718 520 048

Excellent service and help love the voip phone system so easy to use found the staff of yay.com so helpful specially Grace and Daisy. I would highly recommend this phone service to anybody Richard of RH Handyman Services.

I found what I wanted straight away. Not the very cheapest, but cheaper than most, with free next day delivery which was totally brilliant, even giving me a text telling me the hour within which I would get my item, and the name of the driver!

I had a great experience calling Yay! I dealt with a lady called Meg and her knowledge of the product and different range of services was amazing. I had a variety of questions, some complex, and she answered every one without the need to be put on hold or ask anyone else. It was refreshing to have someone on the end of a phone that knew what they were talking about! So Far Yay seems like a great product with second to none customer service to back it up.

I have been very impressed with the team at Yay.com, especially Meg. The solution and services provided by Yay have been fantastic from helping me setup my home office phones, office phones and even a SIP client on my IPhone (for those of you unfamiliar with a SIP client - in essence it allows you to answer your landline/0330/0845 etc number from your iPhone whilst out on the go. A brilliant, quick and friendly service, all wrapped up in a great price. 10/10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well done and thank you again Meg! Alex Martin-Smith www.ability4.co.uk

I called and spoke to an agent over the phone. the call was answered wuickly and even though i had several questiosn all were answered duriong the call and the agent was extremely nice and helpful throughoput. i would certainlly recommend yay.com to all my friends

I ordered two Draytek Vigor 2860ac routers from Yay.com back on the 12th January and to be honest the ordering was a totaly disaster but this was no fault of Yay.com. Firstly the order was marked as suspected fruad and the phone number issued via eBay didn't have the Ireland country code so Yay.com couldn't contact me. I was then dealing with Grace and this issue was very quickly resolved and the package was then released for delivery. Then the delivery courier tried to deliver the package during lunch hours and the post office was closed so the routers were returned to Yay.com. Again, Grace was brilliant here and and quickly arranged the re-delivery and added a note to not attempt to deliver during lunch hours. I was then dealing with Meg who confirmed the new tracking number and that the package was delivered so I was really happy with the prompt service Meg provided. Now, since setting up one of the routers I am having issues with the connect speeds and I have opened a support ticket with Draytek on this. They have been very poor on their response times and level of support so I contacted the Yay.com support and I was assigned to Laurence. I have to say Laurence is the star of the show, the level of support he has given me has been second to none. I have dealt a lot with support teams over the years as I work as a software developer but Laurence is right up there with the best of them. He directly contacted Draytek several times for me to try and get the issue resolved and also extended my returns period to hopefully get the issue resolved before I returned the routers. My issue is still ongoing with Draytek but this in no way takes away from the level of support Laurence has given so hats off to him, top bloke. I will be ordering via Yay.com in the future due to all 3 of these staff members.

Great advise, always happy to assist with queries. This is important for me as I'm new to VOIP and need to be confident it will work well across 3 sites and 100 staff. Yay.com costs as great too! The website portal is extremely easy to confirm, which is a massive benefit. Very happy so far.

Yay are an absolute pleasure to deal with. The staff are knowledgeable, courteous and just nice. The network / service - so far - is faultless. I was sceptical and a little nervous, changing from standard ISDN business lines over to SIP. No need. The quality of the line is way better than the old landline. The configuration options make working from just about anywhere possible. I only hope Yay stay as they are and don't grow into some massive company that forgets how to look after their customers. Well done.
