I rang at 9am as I was a bit worried about the volume in my left ear. I was given an appointment for 11.30 with Adam.
I arrived ten minutes early and Adam came to find me in minutes.
He checked my ears and the hearing aids and told me that my left ear had done what he had hoped and was working.
He re balanced to suit me and sent me in my way with a smile on my face
