“I had an urgent need to have my hearing checked and ears dewaxed. I was given an appointment within 48 hours and Adam was just wonderful. Friendly, knowledgable, sympathetic, explained everything and was so professional. Can’t rate them too highly. Thank you.”

“Thank you Alex and all the staff at Worcester Hearing centre. Alex was very relaxed and friendly and explained everything I needed to know about wearing and getting used to wearing a new hearing aid as I was very nervous about being able to master it. He answered all my questions. Why did I worry? All the staff were so helpful and kind each time we attended. Didn’t make me feel nervous I was just one of a group of friends . Thank you everyone. “This is our second visit to Stratford Hearing Center with my daughter for earwax removal. My daughter is Autistic and finds procedures that involve noise and close physical proximity very difficult. So it’s fortunate that her Audiologist is Maariyah Arshad. Her professionalism and patient, friendly approach put my Daughter at her ease and makes an uncomfortable procedure much easier and the thought of future visits a lot more bearable. I can’t recommend them or her enough.”

“I Called Worcester Hearing Centre early on Monday morning to report that I had stupidly lost one of my aids. Whilst on the ‘phone Adam checked that an identical model could still be sourced, gave me the cost, ordered it and organised a quote for the insurance company. I normally see Laura and on Thursday she set up the new right one, checked and updated the existing left one, and I am back in the real world less than a week after losing the aid. Brilliant service from Laura and the whole team as always!”

“I have been a client for over 6 years now, firstly in Stratford and now Worcester. I have always found Alex to be caring, professional, patient and an extremely knowledgeable Audiologist. My hearing problem was the result of infection in one ear only which caused scar tissue after an operation. Alex spent a lot of time perfecting the ear piece I required, which was no easy task. At no time did I feel I was taking up too much of his time. On occasion I have needed to pop into the office without an appointment and on these occasions I have been greeted with the same friendly welcome and professional service. I am now using my new AI Audéo-190 Sphere’s and I am thrilled with the quality and comfort of these aids. I am also extremely pleased that my new hearing aid contract cost is very similar to my original one from 6 years ago. I have found that over the 6 years that I have been a client of Worcester & Stratford Hearing Centres the service I have received has been above and beyond. Many thanks to Alex and the Team.”
