“Lifechanging is the only way to describe the latest generation Phonak aids. Tom and Alex looked after my father and then me too, for many years now – both of us with very poor hearing, their care and advice is as important as is the new ground-breaking technology itself. The associated app is spot on for adjusting to different settings, mainly in my case, groups of 8 or so. Also, this year I’ve been using to great effect the Phonak multidirectional, wireless microphone [Roger On], enabling me to fully take part in boardroom environments – totally invaluable. On a day to day basis I completely forget that I’m wearing hearing aids, the all-round assistance from Tom and Alex in achieving this state is greatly appreciated.”

“As a new customer I was very impressed at the attention paid to my hearing problems. After using a national chain where the customer is just a number the service and expertise at Worcester Hearing Centre was truly enlightening. “Excellent, responsive and attentive service. Alex was very professional and explained all the tests undertaken. Questions were answered clearly and no jargon was used. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The product lives up to expectations and I forget that I am wearing aids to hear. I have had no issues with the product to date but I know that I can contact Alex via email or phone if I do. The follow up service is very good and instills confidence for the user. I have no hesitation in recommending the service to friends and will continue to do so.”

“'My new hearing aids are the first ones ever to "focus"successfully on the sounds I want to hear - excellent at cutting out background noise in busy echoing settings . (no messing around with "phone controls or fiddling with switches) They are very good value for money . Don't irritate the ear either . Have always had good service and excellent advice at Worcester Hearing Centre and they keep up to date with new innovations.”
