I went along for a hearing assessment at the Worcester hearing centre due to worsening hearing loss in one of my ears. I had a very thorough hearing assessment with Alex who explained everything clearly and went through the options available to me. I went away to think about it with no pressure and returned to do the free trial. Alex kept in touch during the trial and I revisited to tweak the hearing aid once I had had chance to try it in different situations. Alex was patient and thorough, and I felt I all my questions were answered. I would thoroughly recommend the Worcester Hearing Centre. I can now enjoy social situations which had become difficult and frustrating. Aftercare is brilliant too.
