Conveniently situated in central Worcester, in a lovely historic building. Very professional, friendly environment. My Audiologist, Laura was quick to explain every step of the process, showing me the exact problems I had and what was required to deal with it. My hearing is now improved 90% plus, although as was explained to me, I have some congestion in my middle ear (from a recent cold), which is gradually improving, following self treatment as advised by Laura. All in all a very pleasant, efficient experience. 10/10.
