“I have now used Vidi vet a few times for my for my elderly dog. It is brilliant being able to make contact at any time day or night and responses are super quick and detailed. I like that you can video, call, message and send videos and pictures. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.”

“I'd never heard of vidivet but joined as it's offered by my vet for their clients. Over the Christmas / new year period when my vets aren't open being able to ask vidivet questions relating to a couple of not so festive mishaps my pets have got themselves into has given me incredible peace of mind. They usually reply within a few minutes (even in the middle of the night it was only a couple hours) and it's so much better than a google search filled with horror stories when you see a friendly face with reassurance personalised to your own pet. Would 100% recommend their kind, professional and reliable service.”

“My puppy was poorly and I remembered as a Bella & Duke customer you have access to the online Vets. What an amazing service. I asked my question and they sent me a video back about what to do. They even checked that my puppy was ok a couple of times after that. Don’t hesitate to use this fantastic service. All the vets were so caring and knowledgeable.”

“I’m am so impressed with this service. I used it for the first time yesterday & sent a query via text about a worry I had for my 10 year old Yorkshire terrier & was absolutely overwhelmed to receive a video call back within 10 minutes with advice on what to do. I will highly recommend this app to my fellow fur baby parents.”

“Caring, efficient service. I like the platform flexibility of video, audio and text. Used twice for post-surgical advice and after dog ate something he shouldn't have ! And it was really helpful both times and moved things on in a positive way. Highly recommend.”
