“Over the course of 4/5 days videvets Sarah abd Ben were in hand to advise when my 18 month old Bernedoodle had a nasty cut on her paw pad . The video text and audio responses were so quick, really helpful in that there were several options but above all really reassuring. Ben even followed up without me asking and we finally concluded a trip to the vet was required to be on the safe side but it stopped an out of hours panic appointment! Amazing service.”

“I cannot express enough how amazing this service is! As a first time Pup mum there are many worries and issues that I have came across and since joint Vidivet I have been able to relax knowing I can ask my questions via video or text or video my pup to show issues and a vet will get back to me within minutes with advice via a video message. Even better than that I have had them message again the following day just to check how things are going. Best service ever and highly recommend to all!”

“I can’t thank the Vidivet team enough, they supported me when I needed advice and support the most both late on a Saturday night with my poorly kitten and again early on Monday morning with our beloved boy Reuben. I had a video response within 4 minutes on both occasions to start the conversations and discussions for next steps. The service Vidivet provide is a total life saver and means I was not having to try and locate my local vet for advice out off hours. On each occasion our minds were put at rest and appropriate treatment plans were implemented Thank you to all at Vidivet. Claire Wolfenden, Reuben and Sabine.”

“Absolutely excellent service. Logged on at 8am and had call at 8.30am. Great advice from Ben on the treatment for my dog when he was sick and had hives. Would totally recommend using Vidivet, Stress free for me and Frank. Totally deserve the 5 ⭐️”
