“Vidivet is a really smart and unique way to connect with a vet to ask them about things about your animal(s) you might be worried about, they are a great help with deciding whether or not your pet needs an in-person visit to your vet or whether the thing you’re worrying about is normal/nothing to be concerned about. Every time I’ve asked a question, I’ve gotten a very quick response from a vet and it’s been of huge benefit to me, as a new dog parent! I would absolutely recommend vidivet :)”

“So happy to have access to this service! I’m a worrier especially when it comes to my pets so when my pup started acting odd I knew something wasn’t right, as it always happens on a Saturday night that would usually mean an out of hours/emergency vet appointment and the massive bill that usually comes along with it. But thanks to Vidivet my mind was eased and by Monday morning my pup was fine with no vets bill at all! An invaluable service for peace of mind and lower costs!”

“This is an absolutely incredible service. I asked a question late at night and expected a response sometime the next day (if that!). But within minutes I had a personal video response from a vet with exactly the information I needed. And she was so nice! I'll definitely be using VidiVet again. Thank you!”

“Like many first time dog owners, I have a million questions about the health of my 7 month old golden retriever. He has been particularly poorly recently and vidivet has given me so much peace of mind throughout the process of having his issues diagnosed. I consult them after every visit to the vets for a second opinion and whenever I have a question where I am probably just being daft and overly concerned, but the team are incredibly accommodating and understanding. They have already started to understand the history of my dog and Ben even went out of his way today to ask about my dog completely unprompted as he knew the dog had x-rays yesterday. Vidivet are, in my opinion, the missing link between the vets who have to see many animals each day, and the concerned owner who just need to take a minute to ask a question or two to feel like they are in control of their animals health. Cannot recommend enough.”

“I had a potential emergency on a Sunday when my 8 month old Labrador puppy got hold of some Chocolate and ate it. I sent a message to Vidivet by text and had a very helpful video response from Ben within about 10 minutes. I am very impressed.”
