“We looked for a video consult and realised there was no availability for over a week. Popped a question in, and on a bank holiday weekend at nearly midnight Anna sent up 2 replies and was a huge help to us! Thankyou Anna and the team at vidivet :D”

“Incredible service. Has saved us loads of time and money in vet appointments and given me peace of mind. Such quick responses, such lovely veterinarians on staff. Highly recommend. Really all hours service too; I was chatting with someone at 3am yesterday. Can’t recommend enough.”

“I was quite skeptical at first using something like this because I didn't really know what to expect. our dog had come back from an operation and was constantly whining to the point we thought he was having a bad reaction to something. I sent a text through and within less than half an hour (which theh apologised for the delay) had someone get back to me via video link and gave us the help we needed. revieved another video the following day as a check up too. absolutely fantastic service!!”

“Once again vidi vets to the rescue!.. my dog had got hold of some chocolate and it was a Sunday so impossible to get hold of my own vet really. I called these guys left them a video message and not much time had gone by before I received my reply amd advice. Luckily all was ok with my dog but they even checked in on us the following day too which I felt was very thoughtful.”

“Both James & Sarah were amazing, so quick to reply and reassure me. My Puppy Pomeranian had eaten some of my medication. Even though it is prescribed in dogs she had eaten 6 x her body weight. But it had happened 36 hours ago and she was over the worst. Miraculously the next morning I found another pill under the mat so she had less than first thought. So all in all she hadn't had much (clearly didn't like the taste). But had enough to cause her sickness and stomach cramps. Thank you so much for being there when I needed your advice during a worrying time.”

“I’m a new dog owner with a 6 month old Romanian rescue. I worry constantly! My subscription with VidiVet meant I could calm my nerves and give my puppy the care and expert advice she needed as soon as she needed it. I had replies from 3 different vets within 5 minutes of submitting my questions and they made it clear I could ask as many questions as I would like. A vet even sent a message the next morning to check on my puppy and how she was doing (luckily she’s back to normal now!) will be keeping my VidiVet subscription for as long as I own a dog!”
