“Both James & Sarah were amazing, so quick to reply and reassure me. My Puppy Pomeranian had eaten some of my medication. Even though it is prescribed in dogs she had eaten 6 x her body weight. But it had happened 36 hours ago and she was over the worst. Miraculously the next morning I found another pill under the mat so she had less than first thought. So all in all she hadn't had much (clearly didn't like the taste). But had enough to cause her sickness and stomach cramps. Thank you so much for being there when I needed your advice during a worrying time.”

“I’m a new dog owner with a 6 month old Romanian rescue. I worry constantly! My subscription with VidiVet meant I could calm my nerves and give my puppy the care and expert advice she needed as soon as she needed it. I had replies from 3 different vets within 5 minutes of submitting my questions and they made it clear I could ask as many questions as I would like. A vet even sent a message the next morning to check on my puppy and how she was doing (luckily she’s back to normal now!) will be keeping my VidiVet subscription for as long as I own a dog!”

“I can't recommend Vidivet enough. My pup had their eye scratched and they put me at ease straight away. After the initial consult, I received a follow-up message the day after to make sure there were no changes. The cherry on top is their super easy to use app!”

“I've used the service a couple of times now and each time has been exemplary. Vets respond very quickly, be it during the day or middle of the night. Their responses are detailed and fully explained. Luckily Albert has been fine each time, but having that immediate qualified response had been an amazing reassurance. Thank you”

“First time I've used it. Was a bit unsure at first, I'm not keen on video calling. However the app was easy to navigate. I got a response within 10 minutes. Later that day I received a second message checking up on how my pet was doing? Excellent service, would recommend.”

“I get VidiVet as part of my Bella & Duke food package and I must say I was a bit nervous about using there app (not very technically minded) but I needn't have worried easy to navigate.. its brilliant to have a vet on hand to either video call or text or voice call.. I used the text service and had an instant video reply which was friendly and reassuring.. personalised advise.. Faultless service.. Will definitely use again if need be.. Thank you VidiVet”

“My dog received a bite/ scratch to his face while out. I wasn't sure if I needed to go to vets or not as an emergency. Very quick reply from Louisa asking for a video. She again replied quickly and gave reassurance and some medical tips until I could make a vet appt the following day. George was checked next day and received all clear. Thank you for prompt service was just that little bit of info that helped me decide the appropriate action.😁”

“I was worrying about my daughters hamster. I messaged Vidivet and got a response very quickly with advice and reassurance. They messaged me the following day to see how things were and wanted me to message them after I had taken him to the vets to update them. Great service and really helpful!”
