“We had the absolute pleasure of speaking to and being advised by Ashleen about our young Boston Terrier puppy Tyson this morning, we couldn't believe how fast and friendly the replies were and how caring the video consultations were too. “I found Vidivet through my cat food subscription. I am so happy to have had this service available. My regular vets is nearly an hour away due to limited availability living in a city centre, so having this service available is amazing. My young kitten also has chronic kidney disease and issues arising left, right and centre so being able to simply send a video and receive feedback within the same day is so helpful and reassuring. Reduces the panic about getting to a vet when you work full time. I sent a text question and received a response within the hour, to which I then sent pictures before receiving the final response.”

“I called asking for advice late at night following concerns about my dog. I received a detailed response pretty much straight away. The vet advised me on what I should do and really helped reassure me. He even requested I keep them posted on how my boy is doing. I have used the service a few times now and every time I have received the best advice and support. So thankful for Vidivet knowing I can get advice and help 24/7.”

“Vidivet is a really smart and unique way to connect with a vet to ask them about things about your animal(s) you might be worried about, they are a great help with deciding whether or not your pet needs an in-person visit to your vet or whether the thing you’re worrying about is normal/nothing to be concerned about. Every time I’ve asked a question, I’ve gotten a very quick response from a vet and it’s been of huge benefit to me, as a new dog parent! I would absolutely recommend vidivet :)”
