“I used vidivet on Sunday because my dog, Bertie had an infection in his eye and I wasn't sure whether I needed to go to the vets out of hours or wait until Monday. I had a very helpful reply which came very promptly. It helped me make up my mind that the out of hours payment was definitely worth it. I loved the video reply, so much more personal, I let them know how I had got on and I received another lovely video message. I was very happy indeed with the service and would use it again. It is an excellent back up to our vets practice. Thank you. I hope you like the Christmas picture of Bertie!”

“Over the last few weeks, we have had two separate issues we have raised with the Vidivets. A service that offers speedy advice that puts you at ease. Each video response gives you very clear easy to understand advice and things to look out for and monitor your pet. A wonderful service I would not be without, especially as a Cockapoo owner who we adore but tends to eat things and cause no end of worry. To know we have expert advice at our fingertips is invaluable.”

“I have contacted vidivet on 2 occasions - once on a Friday evening and once on a Saturday afternoon. Both times the vet who responded did so with urgency and provided me with clear advice, support and empathy for how concerned I was feeling about my dogs wellbeing. Both times their advice helped me to make a decision around how to support my dog and meant I didn’t take her to the out of hours vet . She was absolutely fine both times and never had to attend the vet at all, which has saved me a lot of money! I would and have recommended vidivet to my friends and family with pets.”

“Fantastic service. A complete answer within 10 mins of messaging at 7.25 a.m. in the morning. Jo the vet who replied to us by video message was brilliant. Can't praise the service enough. Thank you so much for your expert advice and for putting our minds to rest. Saved us a trip to our vets and probably a bill for over £200!”

“Great service from Vidivet. I have used them a few times now and each time the reply has been quick, friendly and very comprehensive. Even though this occasion was a Sunday morning, I had a reply within a few minutes. The new version of the App is so much better and is really easy to use. “I used the service recently when my dog cut his paw. The vets were fantastic and came back within a couple of minutes of me sends the post. They gave me advise along the way and even checked in to see how he was doing. Great service, thank you”
