“I used VidiVet for the first time last week and can highly recommend it to anyone who has pets. I'm so happy with the service I received from a lovely vet called Suzanne. Unfortunately my husky became incontinent overnight and it was so out of character for her. In the 11 years I've had her, she's never had an accident in the house so I was very concerned and worried. No vets were open at the time so I found it very reassuring to still people to speak to a vet and describe the symptoms and what was happening with my husky. I decided to take my dog to an emergency out of hours vets as she was so restless and pacing. As Suzanne suspected, it was confirmed as a UTI which antibiotics and anti inflammatory tablets has all cleared up now. It put my mind at ease speaking to Suzanne and knowing it wasn't anything life threatening. I don't know what I'd have done without Suzanne. Thank you so much!”

“After sending a number of questions regarding the health of my kitten, I received a clear suggestion...well explained..so I knew the matter required a face to face appointment with my vet. My kitten has improved enormously. Thank you for the reassurance.”

“I contacted Vidivet recently when my dog was off her food and running a temperature. Over the course of several days they advised me, ensuring I sought help appropriate help from my local vet and reassuring me of my concerns. Every time I messaged them I received a response back within minutes. I really appreciated the service and am already recommending it to my friends.”

“I was anxious and d&v in my 8 Yr old dog, as I'd seen blood. The vet responded by video to all communications within a 15 min time frame, so much quicker than going to the vet. Her advice was comprehensive, detailed and personal. I'd rate it outstanding. No 20 mile round trips needed-the perfect service if you live out in the sticks and you're concerned.”
