“Wow, I hadn’t used this service before but needed some advice about my dog for over the weekend as I couldn’t get a vet appointment till Monday, I received a very prompt reply, great advice and has really put my mind at rest. Excellent service 😀”

“The service that if you had known about it earlier, you would have signed up to earlier. Completely OUTSTANDING; terrific and super friendly vets who are entirely knowledgable and tuned in to the situation. Great continuity of dialogue between different shift operators. Genuine 24/7 access. It would be difficult to recommend the service more highly - let alone the incredible value for money. Maybe a human version should be considered...??!!”

“Great service received from the vet (sorry I can’t remember her name) at VidiVet, a prompt response late on a Friday night. I was extremely grateful of how in-depth Peaches consultation was luckily it wasn’t serious and the vet was right. My mind was put at ease and saved me a big call out fee if I had taken Peach to the out of hours vets I even had a call the following day to see how Peach was doing! Thank you so much, fantastic service. 5*”

“Really quick and reassuring response to my question about a lump we had noticed on our 4 year old dog. One of the vets at Vidivet responded almost immediately and gave suggestions on what we might want to do next, but equally gave reassurance that it wasn't something for us to urgently rush to the vets with and there was the option to monitor it ourselves and see how it went for a few weeks.”

“I have now used Vidi vet a few times for my for my elderly dog. It is brilliant being able to make contact at any time day or night and responses are super quick and detailed. I like that you can video, call, message and send videos and pictures. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.”
