“When I was at my wits end with my very first dog, a miniature schnauzer, not eating much and waking several times during the night, I found Louise at VidiVet very helpful,reassuring and she gave me confidence not to worry. She said that he was most likely teething and that it would pass. Her advice for managing him was spot on as he started eating and sleeping again within a few days. I'll certainly check in again with VidiVet if I have any concerns in the future.”

Hi Derek, Thank you for taking the time to send a review, but we think you may be getting VidiVet confused with your food subscription service. Your subscription service pay for VidiVet for all of their customers. VidiVet are completely independent to your food subscription and provide a veterinary teletriage service, which gives you access to UK registered vets 24/7. I would definitely recommend emailing your food subscription service if you are unhappy with their delivery, as I'm sure that they would value your feedback and the opportunity to look into this for you as a valued customer. May I kindly ask that you either remove you review, or amend it to reflect the interaction that you have had with VidiVet, most recently on 20th March. We hope that we will see you on the App again soon and that Piper is doing well!

“Very easy to set up and gave me reassuring advice about my dog during the evening. I was wanting to check whether. Needed to seek out of hours treatment or whether it could wait until the morning. I gave all the events and symptoms in a text message and received a 4 minute video back from the vet I had contacted. There was an option to ask further questions. I realised that I could have just recorded my self talking as an option but that is a matter for personal choice. It’s important to give all the relevant information. I have to say that it was very reassuring to get this advice as. Was very worried about my dog Simba at the time. He’s all good now by the way.”

“I normally leave big reviews, in my opinion, the bigger the better but in this case it is simply not necessary! I've kept dogs all my life but never have I experienced a service like VidiVet before! Simply fantastic! I asked a simple question and got a video response back in less than 5 minutes! I defy you to find a better service!”
