Your after sales is non existent 4 emails and not even a reply for a faulty item in an order of £400 worth of products what a joke

Hi Dominic We apologise for the lack of response - I have loooked at your orders and unfortunately cannot find one for £400, (found one for £300) but I have found several emails from yourself which we can try and address. Been waiting 9 days for delivery and still waiting. Being told everyday that it's on its way but still waiting. Don't use DHL.

Orderd a set of alloys and other items 5 in total resved alloys still not had the other items 4 days after alloys and 3 phone calls live chat was useless so reverted 2 telephone

Poor customer service, item arrived next delivery which was great, but not happy with the product, gloss black side bars for my transporter arrived chipped on the corner and a few pitted marks in the paint, I emailed straight away and still not had a reply over a week later,

Awful service start to end , in complete delivery, later than said , box damaged when arrived, tried to order on phone and told no stock showing, hung up ordered online

I wouldn't recommend. Ordered a full set of shades for my car after checking with vanstyle that they would fit my car. They said they would. They arrived and didn't fit. I've been trying for a week to get a straight answer out of them about returning the shades and getting replacements and it takes them days to respond via email. I've had no response to voicemail and their phone just rings out. They're expecting me to pay to return the shades which they said would fit. I'm £100 down, have shades that are useless and some very hot dogs in my car. Meanwhile my emails are being ignored.

After only receiving an automated response to my order, there has been no further notification about delivery or any potential delay. My order has not been received within the notified time frame. The telephone number is no longer recognised and my four emails remain unanswered. Really poor on all fronts.

There seems to be an issue here, as Vanstyle have your order as being Despatched Our courier has received the item but do not appeared to have delivered it yet - they are still waiting for it to be delivered to Andover which is very frustrating We will contact our couriers and try to find out what's happening We are really sorry about this

Ordered an item which came damaged, and didn’t fit properly due to the damage. Have tried sorting something out however have heard nothing back from vanstyle, have been completely ghosted. Awful customer service

Despite two emails to Vanstyle I haven’t received my item as it was delivered by DPD to an incorrect address. No communication from Vanstyle, very poor service

I received an awning rail which was so poorly packed that both ends were damaged and a pack of nuts were missing. I sent emails to two different addresses, no response from either. Managed to speak to someone three days later on live chat who offered me a partial refund or replacement, which I was happy with. It's now been another three days, no sign of refund or replacement parts, again ignored on email and no answer on phone line.

Do not trust these guys. I purchased a set of alloys over 2 years ago and only found out they were the wrong offset when I had the suspension upgraded. I am now left with wheels that catch on the arches on uneven surfaces. The listings of the wheels states the correct offset ET38 but they sent ET30s and because of the length of time they would not do anything to help although they admitted the error. This isn’t the end of my fight to sort this.

Package arrived damaged and missing parts - fine, not necessarily their fault, but absolutely no response to my emails after a week. Customer service non-existent. Lost a new customer.

Package was delivered which was damaged,reordered al 2nd and that was damaged too ,still waiting for the 3rd delivery which I’ve still no received.

Hi- I am sorry you have had items delivered damaged. The 2nd replacement was scanned into DHL's Coventry depot this morning (16th) and should be delivered in the next 48 hrs. Please give us a call or email us with your order number if you would like the tracking details. Regards Vanstyle

Can review the purchased product as I had requested that the parcel was delivered and left over side gate . But unfortunately the courier left it on my doorstep . I got home and it was missing .

We are very sorry for this inconvenience, it would appear our couriers are having difficulty delivering the items to the correct country never mind address (they have been to Ipswich) We will start a search now and keep you updated
