On ordering a bumper protector for a nearly new vehicle I realised within 2 minutes I didn’t need it. On trying to cancel the item via eBay I was told I couldn’t as it had been posted. There is no way in this world you can get an order and post within 2 minutes. I have kept the item because I will need one in the future. But it has left a bad vibe

very poor after sales is my honest opinion based on my experience. Item turned up (not particularly quickly but fine) but I actually wanted to change my order. Several phone calls, phones constantly jammed so never actually got to speak to anyone. A few emails sent (not 1 response), spoke to their "chatbot" online which I THINK generated a ticket, finally someone came back to me to simply say "its been shipped", great! I wanted to change! I have my item now, I am now debating whether to spend time and money sending back or live with it. Very poor, wont shop again

Awful customer service and terrible service in general. I ordered a part for my van amd they sent me the wrong order out. I emailed them several times with no response and I tried calling but all I got each time I called was a voice recording telling me I'm number 5 in the que. Once I receive my order I'll never use these again.

Parts ordered then a week later still no delivery update, the online message service is totality useless as they dont hold any order information and cant give any delivery dates or order updates not sure why its there, tried phoning on hold for near an hour and still only number 8 in the line, emails ignored at the mo im £168 out of pocket next step is either small claims or my bank, customer service is defo not there if you make an order flick a coin cos its 50 50 if you will get it hassle free, i wouldn't be ordering again

Called excessively for an update on my order and no answer. Social media messages and emails all ignored. No information on my order at all, not even an expected delivery date.

Ordered parts, didnt fit vehicle like it said. Was in a que for 3 hours on the phone for no one to pick up the phone.. no reply to my emails either

The item I ordered was supposedly made for my vehicle, but it didn't fit. Took photos and contacted Vanstyle and was told well we have had no problems before. Returned the item that they received 5 days ago, have no confirmation of a receipt, and no answer to my email asking about a refund. Very dissatisfied with service I have received.

My item showed as in stock online but when I purchased it I was then told there was no stock - I still don’t have a delivery date

Bought several items from them. Rang them several times & never once got an answer. The last time I rang I was caller number 12 in the queue. I deliberately stayed on waiting to see would they answer, but exactly 2 hours later I was still caller number 8 in the queue. I hung up with frustration! This outfit is nothing short of a joke & absolutely no consideration for good customers. Avoid if possible as there are plenty of good business people out there, who respect their customers business. STAY CLEAR!!!!

Ordered side rails which were listed as stock, nearly 2 weeks and nothing, no reply to my email and when phoning I’m anywhere from 6-8 in a queue, queue doesn’t change even when on hold for 1/2 hour. On this basis I would suggest avoiding this company

I called the phone helpline twice & both times waited over 1/2 an hour however my call was unanswered . Tried the live chat & uploaded my order number,address & images of my in -correct order. Was informed. someone would be in touch within 48 hours & 6 days later I am still waiting .

Ok right let’s start with a common theme on VanStyle reviews “I wish I had read the reviews”. Ok so long story short, needed some items for my van, had a week off work to do it, ordered the items, no update on shipping after a few days following confirmation of my order. and payment being taken immediately. Dropped them an email, no response, tried calling, was in a queue of 13/14 people (says a lot eh) so no chance of getting through. This went on for a couple of days. Time running out on my leave from work so I re ordered the same items from another supplier (arrived within 48 hours CEN AUTOMOTIVE). Tried again to contact VanStyle to advise to cancel the order, it didn’t appear to have been shipped and I had now bought elsewhere. Advised don’t now send or I’ll refuse delivery but still got nothing back or refund. Next thing I get a notification from DHL to advise they were bringing the items! So I tried to contact again to ask them to cancel as I’ll refuse delivery actually trying to save them the cost believe it or not (couldn’t get through again). Tried to contact DHL but advised by them I had to let delivery be attempted to refuse it, so had to take a day off work in case it was left with a neighbour (heaven knows what effort getting it all picked up for a refund would be). Delivery guy knocks to advise the items are all over his van as they had packed van carpet on roles sticking through plastic bags with 12 tins of contact adhesive in with them that had burst (excellent care of items). Lucky I was refusing it as it wouldn’t have been for for purpose anyways. In the end had to open a PayPal case, no response on this or to PayPal, had to wait best part of a month to get a refund. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS LOT. It’s not even that cheap when you add on the shipping which is pricy especially when it lands like this lot did.

ABSOLUTELY USELESS, UNHELPFUL COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. Ordered an item via the website Sunday night, instantly noticed I'd incorrectly ordered a item. Emailed within 10 minutes to ask them how we can rectify it (with me paying the additional cost). Monday morning at around 11am, no reply. Call them to be in a queue for over an hour and half, in which time approximately an hour in I receive a "dispatched email". Finally get through and the customer service representative who ignores the fact I'd emailed to rectify the issue and tells me "it's not my fault you ordered the wrong item". Completely unhelpful! No offer to cover the return and additional postage costs that they're now going to cause me to incur! Disgraceful! Maybe look at getting more staff to deal with emails and phone calls!

Monday 11th July emailed to confirm you had the shockers in stock and I could them up from your warehouse ,you replied Tuesday 12th to confirm I could collect on the chosen day Friday 14th , upon checking on your website for the your address I find that you now have no stock , tried phoning all day Thursday only to be put on hold for hours at number nine in a queue ,emailed got no response, said I was on way to collect no reply!!!! Total waste of time ! Customer service doesn't exist with this company I suggest anyone should avoid

Vanstyle VWTransporter T6 thermal window blinds are a poor fit. There is half an inch gap all round the blinds that therefore lets a lot of light in. The passenger and driver windows were the best fit. It's a shame because the blinds are nicely made and light weight with silver on one side and black the other which provides useful flexibility.

Ordered a sun visor for my 2010 vw t5 , it came on time but without any fitting instructions , but we tried to fit this to my van but no matter what we tried once fit the doors would not open! I tried to call for advice but after 3 attempts 45 mins each i decided to email them. took days for a response, long story cut short they say instructions are not needed simply sit in the van and let two people position it and drill holes in your van and fit ! I sent photos proving this clearly does not fit , there response send it back for a refund but you will not be refunded your postage costs, now seeking legal advise as this company clearly does not give a toss !
