Ordered set of curtains for van, over £100 worth, they arrived well packaged but with no instructions. The metal rails were far too large for the van and there was no way we could fit without cutting them down etc. decided to return the items. I emailed and explained the issue and asked for return and refund, expecting a call or email back from someone to offer some assistance. Instead had a one line email with a link to their returns policy. Very poor customer service and won’t be buying from VanStyle again I’m afraid.

I was alerted the products I'd ordered were to be delivered around 3.30 to 4.30pm they turned up at about 12am luckily someone was in. Most of the purchases were ok except after checking the wind deflectors a small piece of plastic fell out of the box . I've restuck it and because it fits behind the rubber I think I may get away with it . I've not fitted it yet. I've not requested a replacement as it means someone being in again to receive a package you don't know actually when it will turn up.

Purchased a Transit Custom Awning Rail, this is suppose to fit in the factory holes on the roof, unfortunately it does not, there are 3 mounting points, if you line up the front and rear, the middle is way out, so basically it can be made to fit with cutting out in the centre to fit the factory points on the van, and also needed to be trimmed at the front edge to stop it cutting into the paintwork on the roof, like I say it can be adapted to fit but is not as advertised. Finished result looks OK but lots of work to make fit.

Purchased the Amarok roof rails and bars. The roof bars have 2 parts missing from the box. This is annoying as I have set aside time to fit them for work and cant proceed with the install. Hoping their service will be helpful and quick to get the parts that I am missing

Order process and delivery was quick, disappointingly both supplied VW T6 mirror covers (packaged separately within the same parcel) had clips broken off, although the outer parcel had no damage, the overall quality of these non original covers was not good although the Gloss Black paint finish was good.

Accepted order, took payment then cancelled transaction due to being outside of the UK. If ye can not deliver outside of the UK don't accept the order details.

Those fitting kits for transporter splitter are really poor , plastic push fit items are so bendy / useless , the clips have no tension , these items are for DIY / Internet warriors . Not the trade .

Delivery was good and on time however the product is quite flimsy and has already bent. This is after 3 days of use and it’s not even heavy use as my children and 2 and 4!

Cool site . Ridiculous they let you order to ireland and take payment and then refund the next day. Would be easier to say no shipping to ireland and dont take the payment.

The reason for the two stars is because the products have always been reasonably priced although the delivery charge to my area is steep compared to others, customer service is a joke taking several phone calls (all unanswered) an online chat and three emails to get a glib reply two weeks later regarding the incorrect item that I had to purchase again at my own cost.

Didn't start off the greatest, placed order and was expecting fixing kit for some wheels I purchased, as advertised. Wheels arrived without fixing kit. Tried to question this the next day on the phone and was fed some rubbish about them not being sent with steel wheels... Anyway, threw some fucks and threatened emailing the CEO and put the phone down in a huff... 2 minutes later I get a call and the fixing kit is being sent which arrived 2 days later, the wrong colour (I ordered black steelys and they send chrome fixings). I decided to cut my losses and spray paint them as I could not be bothered with more rubbish feeding. Anyway, they supplied what I paid for in the end. Should have been a lot easier though.

The purchase process for my ordered items was easy and delivery was prompt and completed within a reasonable time. However, one of my items appears incompatible with my vehicle. I have made MANY attempts to contact VanStyle about this issue, but have still not been able to make any contact for over a month from ordering now! Companies that are quick to take your money, but have very poor, or seemingly no aftersales care, really rub me the wrong way. Not a happy customer!

Products ok, but customer service needs improving. Impossible to contact by phone, always saying 'you are 13 in list' and never gets down to number 1 before cutting you off. Emailed query re delivery, only to be fobbed off with 'were having trouble with courier picking items up this week'! Shouldn't be accepting orders until situation rectified. Not a pleasant buying experience and doubtful I would use again.

The rails don’t fit properly comes with no fitting instructions good job im a mechanical engineer so know how to get round it and to cut the side ones but now fitted the curtains are very good and dark U need to supply fitting information step by step of how to fit them without them very difficult to fit

I placed my order on the 11th of may, after a week it had not arrived & there was no tracking information so I called to check progress. I was told there was no information available, so it would be looked into & I would get a call back. Nobody called back. I called again a few days later & was told it would be looked into. I then received an email saying they do not deliver to my address! 4 days later I received my refund.

One of the wing mirrors had a clips broken and the rear number plate lights didn’t fit (connecting prongs to wide) so I had to modify myself
