has to be the worst company i have ever had to deal with, between messing orders up not once but twice, and having now to prove to them that its been done again, sick of sending proof and endless emails, thanks but think i will take my business elsewhere

Was ready to order from these guys, but after speaking with Mr Charisma (not) on the phone with a couple of simple and polite queries, I now however wouldn’t ever order a thing! Don’t know what position he holds but I think it’s time he gave it up, if you’re having a bad day don’t take it out on customers! Rude and can’t be bothered, sorry I called you.

The product is great, but their customer service is awful, the gentleman on the phone was point blank rude, patronising and didn’t care. We purchased VWT5 roof bars to then receive an email to say payment hasn’t gone through so we won’t receive the product. Checked the bank and correct, no pending payment or payment has gone out. We tried to repurchase which went through perfectly fine, after confirmation we now receive two emails say that two products were being sent to us and now the first failed payment has gone through. Now charged twice. After emailing and getting no response, we rent the company, after a long wait time, finally got answered by a monotone gentleman who clearly didn’t want to be there, I new straight away there was going to be an issue. I asked if we could get a return and refund which he said we would have to pay for postage as it’s our fault we bought two… He didn’t have a care in the slightest, I was being as polite as I could to the gentleman but he still refused to help and kept repeating that we should of just rang the company instead of emailing as it’s a different part of the company , and that’s that. I can’t explain the rudeness. And have seen other peoples review stating the same. It’s a-shame as they have the product we need in the future but will be avoiding and taking my business elsewhere.

I asked Vanstyle if they would accept a return outside of the returns window given (a) the item was new and unused and (b) the item was still being sold by Vanstyle. Due to family health issues I was very late in returning but I thought the business would be compassionate given the circumstances. I will not be ordering from Vanstyle again.

Do not answer the phone, you’re placed in a queue, waiting over 50 mins, your 1st in the queue, but they still do not answer. Thought my order was coming, as ordered the 10th April, I understood i did have a back order, thought they had taken money already, but today 22rd April tried to take the money, so they are hold your details. My bank would of stopped that payment, for security reasons, still haven’t been able to get hold of them

Purchased equipment of your company in the past and had no problem but ended up with a nightmare. Purchased one of your roof racks for my Vauxhall vivaro 2022 for a small wheel base. Roof rack came with instructions which I followed however the equipment the rack came with wasn't good quality at all.. half of the bolts wouldn't fit the fittings on my van only provided one set of bolts which did fit, however after realizing the other bolts didn't fit I tried removing the bolts which fitted in which caused a nightmare from cheap quality bolts which the bolt connector and the bolt thread wouldn't unscrewed which caused a nightmare of problems trying to remove. Gutted because I've loved your company of the years and it's ended up like this.. damaged paint work from trying to unscrew ended up having to cut the roof rack with a saw.. my email is ryanmcginty20@gmail.com

Due to a full mailbox no messages can be left shows that they don’t do anything in that department and nor do they inform you of the delivery company. DHL by the way and then take the side of the delivery company when you’re explaining what they have done they still said they tried to deliver it. So I asked them to ask dhl if they would return it it has been a week and haven’t heard anything. So will be calling Monday. Oh and that will take you over an hour as people are phoning up to ask or complain about dhl. Kinda like making the worlds best burger then wrapping it in newspaper by sending it with dhl.

Curtains rails were too big for the van . Called and was informed I had ordered the correct ones and if returned at my cost they would send the same size back out . I ended up cutting and bending the rails to the correct size .

This could of quite easily been a 5-star review and resulted in further purchases if I had received a better customer care experience. I have also just checked my Ebay history and had an issue last year where it took a number of weeks to deliver a sun visor for my previous van being a MK6 Transit I recently bought £265 worth of trim pieces for my new van the postage was quick and the quality of the goods seemed good value for the money, the experience however was let down after realizing there weren't enough door handle covers for my single side loading door van. The description for the Ford Transit Custom polished stainless steel door handle covers I believe was poorly described as the kit does not take into account if you have rear barn doors! I called Vanstyle and was told I needed a different kit and to send the item back for a refund, I am unwilling to pay 2nd lot of postage to send the item back to buy the twin-side loading door kit and a 3rd lot of postage to get the item I originally wanted in the first place for my single-side loading door with rear barn doors van, which I have already paid postage for in the first place.

Attempting to scam me out of money!!! I had a delivery left outside my house in plain sight of passers-by, parcel went missing. Van Style said it's not their problem as it was left in a "SAFE LOCATION" yet Van Style terms they sent me say "signature required", they then changed to "signature not required in Ireland". When i forwarded them the "signature required" proof they then said signature is required in Ireland but claimed I gave permission to leave in safe location which I didn't. They obviously don't dont have any record of me giving permission. Ignored me when I pointed out the courier claimed they did get a signature yet but yet it left outside because I instructed them to leave outside. All lies and contradictions. Be careful they will lie and ignore all proof for some bizarre made up logic defying excuses that they keep on changing. HEAD WRECKING TO DEAL WITH!!!

Always had good products from vanstyle. Started with the carrier email to say delivery was being made - took the day off work and nothing turned up .reported this and not even a reply . When it did the fibreglass parts were very bad quality, 2 days of bodywork to prepare for painting. Very very disappointed.

Awful. The guy on the phone made a mistake placing my order, almost ended up with a mix of grey and black curtains. Then when the order did arrive, they’d still sent an incorrect item. Contacted Vanstyle about the error and was told the employee had claimed that I had ordered using part numbers so therefore it must be my error. I don’t even know what the part numbers are for these items. Incompetent with a lying employee who sounded like he would’ve rather been anywhere else when talking on the phone. Still no resolution either, just been left with no response. I’d urge you to use another company for your van stuff.

Disappointed that one of the items I ordered is damaged and won't be replaced. Accepted it has been a few weeks, however We were away when delivered and items thrown over my fence. I left clear instructions that if I was not there to leave items with a neighbour. This was not followed. I have only been home a few days and have not had time to check the items hence the time lapse. Please see cctv of courier throwing items over fence. You can hear them hitting my bin. It also explains now why the handle on my bin is broken. I was wondering how it broke.

Purchased curtains for nissan primastar they dident fit tried returning them at my cost vanstyle were very un helpful on every level refused to refund me postage at the cost of £22. It's there fault as there listing does not state sizes to check if they would be suitable. No apology just excuses it's not there fault or problem yet they've taken money from me. Appalling service I wouldent recommend purchasing from them

Ordered 2 sets curtains for 2018 Sprinter. One set arrived, the other placed on back order. First set did not fit. Emailed customer support to check if I had ordered wrong size for my late 2018 van.. receive a reply to confirm that the late 2018 model is different to the earlier 2018 model so yes I have ordered the wrong set.. No offer of assistance, no suggestion of exchange or refund, just confirmation that I had the wrong curtains.. I replied to the email asking if they can be exchanged and can they not send 2nd set out as these would not fit either.. today a few days later I receive a message from the courier saying 2nd pair are on the way.. following this I receive reply from customer service saying you don’t do exchanges I can post them back at my own expense for a refund.. so today I will have another pair on non fitting curtains arrive which is quite unnecessary.. and I will have 2 sets of non fitting curtains.. I’m sure this could have dealt with more effectively
