No instructions. The positive feed terminated in black. The Earth terminated in red. Contacted them for instructions on the pins with no response.

Very disappointed with the quality as the fit was short on the offside wheel arch. I have had no response from Vanstyle to my request for a replacement. Not sure I'd use this company again based on customer service & quality.

ordered van, no issue, deliver day came, running late, deliver next day. Van was parked on pavement/road side outside delivery driver own house. Van damaged by un known vechicle. Took week to have damage and repaint van. Repair work poor

Was told item had been delivered but couldn’t find it, was then informed after vanstyle had contacted courier that it was round back of house. No note was left it was thrown in the bushes and left overnight in the rain. I emailed vanstyle to inform them but never received an apology. Luckily the item was in a plastic bag although a bit bent. Doubt I’ll buy from here again.

An absolute disgrace loyal previous costumer to be told won't send my order to ireland ye made the stupid decision to eave EU and it will break ur country in due course well done very intelligent

Bloody rubbish There all for sending emails when your parcel has been sent, but no contact when you return stuff, no replies to emails, they don't even answer the phone... won't be ordering again this for sure.. Pull your finger out & get stuff sorted...

Ordered two curtains one side window and one driver cab both were a really poor fit and the driver cab one did not fit atall so I sent them back nearly a week ago still waiting on a refund

I purchased two bumpers for a transit custom, the quality of both parts was terrible. The fibre glass had holes, rounded features and unsymmetrical lines. This has cost me Ore than it should have to get out right at the local body shop. I won't be purchasing from van style again. Very unhappy customer.

I ordered two side running boards for my lwb Transit custom over a week ago. To find no email to confirm purchase and guess what no order. Money was accepted then returned 7 days later . No explanation. If your company don’t ship to other countries don’t take the order. Never again

I was really disappointed that I had to use a forwarding agent in the UK to buy things from Australia. What do you think we are convicts out here not worth dealing with. I spent around 1000 pounds, I even wrote a note to support dept and said I’d organise the freight myself but you guys couldn’t be arsed.

I am very unhappy with my purchase. I paid £12 delivery and was made to pick it up from the depot. When I got the item it was damaged and looks awful on my bonnet. Very disappointed as I paid a lot of money

Ordered a wheel/tyre combo, website said 'plenty in stock' - 2 days later the status changed to 'on back order' nearly a week later, still on back order - false advertising?, dishonest advertising?....i'd say so

Since you are asking me my opinion on my last purchase, know that I am very surprised that you do not deliver to France, before going through an English address I made more than 10 purchase attempts without being contacted for an explanation, I am not your biggest customer, nor your best, but I am a customer who buys according to his needs and who pays. I thought during my first purchases (where everything went perfectly) that you were a serious company, obviously you put me in doubt!!! Pascal LECUYER
