Wheels are soft already been welded and dented after 8 months , sent 20 lug nuts instead of 24 so unable to install them .silver nuts sent for black wheels . Waiting two weeks for the extra ones . Given a faulty tracking code . Nothing arrived . Also sent wrong bumper protector .Wouldn't buy again

Absolutely terrible delivery service, ordered on a Sunday, goods arrived following Friday late PM. No wonder Amazon taking over

Have bought a few things from you before but window curtains and came with no instruction and when you need to drill into your van it would be good you are doing as per instructions and not have to make it up as you go Then I needed customer services and called 5 times and spent a hour on the phone in a cue which started at number three then counted down got to one and slight pause and then went back to number three for a hour every time Will not buy from you again

Most disgraceful company ever, ordered dashboard fillers,(£15)to be sent to my daughters work address as I away.Week on asked my daughter if parts arrived,no,but local post office advice note for an item needed collecting.Rang (and emailed) van style they asked me to go collect parcel,too make sure it was there’s.!They would pay all expenses!!! Went next day 11.00 am checked PO opening times 9 to 5, collected PO advice from daughters work,went to PO(£1-50 to park) and redirected to parcels and they closed (open 8am to 10am) To save going back next day,asked a friend who lived local to PO to go next day to see if it mine.It was and it had postage UNPAID. Paid the fine £7. Went immediately to collect. Asked them for my expenses £7 + £1-50 plus three trips to Bakewell As bought on eBay they knew the instructions they gave me were false.All they have to do is give a refund for the item £15!! So three trips too fetch an item they posted with no postage paid. EBay made them refund my £15, but expenses and running about due to there disgraceful lies is unbelievable. Would make a good short story for the small claims court,where they have too turn up too explain blatant lies and deceit. They even had the gall to advise me that this could have all been sorted if I had gone once to the POffice??

I ordered a set of roof bar bungs a week ago and your telling me that dhl have only just received my parcel that’s appalling I’ll be sending them back 😡

Unfortunately both items I purchased do not match my T6.1 even though I rang up to double check before purchasing them online so I am very disappointed.

I ordered two dummy dash switches on the 31/05 and only received one, I called and mentioned only one came, today is the 10/06/24 and calling in on a few occasions still not received the second one, pretty poor service don’t you think

I had several different items from Vanstyle, because they had only one item that was out of stock Vanstyle decided to cancel my whole order and sent none of the items ordered. I’m still waiting for a refund a week later. As a we are a van conversion company that buys a lot of items from several suppliers, we are not happy and I will be shopping elsewhere in future.

Had a poor experience vanstyle! After my order was delivered which I paid £11 for the privilege I had doubts to whether my purchase was correct or not. Was unable to make any kind of contact at all with vanstyle could not get through on the phone despite 40 minutes in a queue twice in two days they still have not replied to my emails x2 ( with pictures attached) and to top it all of my parcel was in a right state when I received it crushed to bits with holes in it ! I still have had no reply from them that’s over a week now so needless to say I won’t be buying anything from them again absolutely hopeless!!’

Very very shocking customer service I placed an order onth17th May received an email later telling me my item is out of stock but they are hoping to have stock in the next couple of days two emails later both ignored tried to call several times just left on hold for over ten mins even being first in the queue and still waiting over ten mins. Still not resolved and unable to contact anyone.

Purchased some roof rails which were very poor quality. Attempted to call Vanstyle for over a week and was always 5 or 6 in the queue and waited over 40 minutes twice without getting through. Poor quality parts and non existent customer service. Avoid.

Ordered a set of roof bars for my Vivaro, and a couple of days later had an automated email just saying the order had been cancelled. Very vague and didn’t inform me of why… then I check the website and it says the items aren’t available…. Poor service in my opinion

Not good,received an email of purchase confirmation which asked for delivery times when someone would be available to sign for the order which I did, then proceeded to deliver on a completely different day which caused my wife to have to leave work for two hrs( losing money). Then there was what looked to be damage to one of the items so I tried to call before opening said item ,the first call I was on hold for over an hr the second for over 2 hrs!!I took screen shots of the time on the call so these claims can be verified. I sent an email which was eventually replied to. You really need to sort out customer calls as the mssg kept saying you will be connected to one of our sales teams shortly, all I can say is it must be a sales team of one. At this time the matter is being dealt with.

Over charged on the postage. Charged £6.49 when actual for a 2nd class large is £1.55. £5 to much not good on a £10 item. Unimpressed

The part I ordered came as planned, but I nearly didn't order from VanStyle as the guy on the phone was so rude and couldn't care less about my questions. I won't buy from them again purely as I don't want to fund a company that couldn't care less abouts its customers.
