I haven’t received delivery of a part I ordered- after waiting in for DHL to deliver the item they conveniently couldn’t find our house the fact they were two miles away is obviously ok -I contacted Vanstyle who were apologetic and contacted DHL - still no joy 3 days later when asking for a refund they refused because the parcel is with DHL- so maddening you wouldn’t believe my contract is with vanstyle not some unreliable courier absolutely pathetic vanstyle keeping my money back I won’t deal with you again.

Hi Gary, we are sorry that DHL are taking longer than usual to deliver your items. Your refund has not been refused and we told you yesterday that we cant contact DHL over the weekend and will look in to this first thing Monday morning. You order will either be delivered or refunded but we do need to liase with DHL to find out if/when you order will be delivered. I have used Vanstyle several times for vehicle projects in the past, this time was a terrible experience. Despite being charged £32 carriage for 3 lightweight boxes, which have in the past (and from other similar suppliers) arrived in 3 working days, they where not dispatched for 4 days, and took a total of 12 days to arrive. This meant we missed and had to cancel our booking at the body shop to have painted and fitted, and the boxes were bladdered & squashed, having been in carriage and passed about depots for so long. One of the Climair wind deflectors was chipped, (see photos)and as notified, the delivery was not signed for, just left off. Would find it difficult to use again or recommend.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews but this one is necessary. Bought a few things from VanStyle no problem. Recently bought gloss black side bars for my T6 and some other bits but the side bars have been a nightmare. First set of bars were damaged in transit and powder coating really poor quality. I’d already fitted the brackets before I found the damage to bars. Sent pics and email to VanStyle who offered £15 but I declined the offer as the bars were so bad. VanStyle insisted I return everything so brackets removed and they arranged courier. It took me 9 days via email and phone to get the replacements sent. Apparently they had to receive the returns back before replacing them. Eventually after I sent proof of collection using CCTV images of the courier taking the box from my house, VanStyle eventually agreed to send 2nd set of bars. I wished I hadn’t bothered, yes they are cheap but they are really poor quality and it’ll not be too long before they’ll look tatty on the van. Powder coating is thin and missing in some parts leaving bare metal. The 2nd set were already rusty and powder coating bubbling due to the corrosion already present before even fitting them. Really poor experience this time and TBH I should have sent the 2nd set back for refund and spent more on quality bars elsewhere but I just couldn’t be bothered with the hassle of another painful return process. In my opinion go buy better bars as these 60mm gloss black VanStyle bars are a poor quality cheap option that you’ll need to replace fairly quickly based on my experience with rust already present and poor quality powder coating. Disappointing they are allowed to be released for delivery in this condition. Images included to prove my point. I have sent VanStyle an email to ask they pass on my experience and to request someone has a look at the quality aspect for the future but didn’t get a reply hence submitting this review! Apologies

Purchased VW transporter parts, service was ok until I had an issue with some parts fitting correctly, after a call and an email with vanstyle they did not respond and ghosted me without helping at all. Turns out the parts had an issue but I had to go to the manufacturer for help as vanstyle wouldn’t respond.

Been purchasing accessories from these for a long time for many camper vans, they sent me a damaged curtain in which i asked for a replacement.. They said a straight up No with know explanation also stopped replying after several messages. Cowboys!

Very poor service worst customer care they send me the wrong spare parts and ask me to return i did it but till now no original what i have ordered is not yet came if i call the customer care they say have to wait untill the wrong one reach the company and they will send its been a month now very very worst company worst service just cheating the people for money

Very bad service bought side steps for swb shogun gave me wrong ones gave me lwb told me o come back for a refund when I got there refused to give me refund said the woman who was on who was speaking to me was not there traveled 1 hour and 30 minutes with cryin children in car were very rude and told me No refund and they even kept the side steps do not use this people this company there are robbers and liers

We are sorry to hear about your poor experience with our Company. We have reviewed your complaint and discover that the items were purchased at the end of May 2025 Our Returns policy allows for 30 days Also we have discovered that the items did not have their Fitting Kit available and were covered in dust and the packing box was not in a good condition - we would not have been able to resell these items as new We are sorry if you thought our staff were rude They did say you told them to keep the side steps and indicated that you no longer wanted them and they could throw them away

I had a set of gloss black mirror covers delivered that were damaged, I was asked to provide the order number and pictures, i have and haven't heard anything back. Very poor

Paid for item 14th Aug. The fridge was getting delivered to local parcel shop, they refused as too big an item , got sent back to DHL, sat in their depot , I wasn't informed had been refused , contacted vanstyle again to ask where fridge was , they replied shop had refused delivery. No mention of anything to resolve issue. Told by vanstlye they would deliver tues 26th Aug....had neighbour and daughter take turns at sitting in waiting for it , fridge never arrived ! Contacted dhl who told me fridge was being delivered to sender and not meb . Contacted vanstyle again who confirmed it was going back to them and not delivered to me then would be redirected to me again. Asked vanstyle for a refund due to all the hassle , bad customer service , misinformation from them , and time wasted when I could have bought elsewhere , and they refused to refund me saying they had to wait till fridge was delivered back to them....even though I have not even laid eyes on the fridge , it's not been in my possession, it's been at dhl all this time and vanstyle refused to refund. Contacted them back insisting on refund . Told refund had been processed on 28th Aug and I've still not recieved refund . Contacted them and told refunds dept was very buzy and that's why refund delayed ! so now still no refund for a fridge i purchased in good faith on 14th aug , 25 days later still no refund so 25 days lying out of nearly £300 for an item never recieved . Bad customer service , can't even review the fridge as never delivered , between vanstyle and their delivery system this whole experience has been a shambles , 26 emails later and no refund. Would not use this company again .

Morning We do not deliver to parcel shops because they will only normally accept small parcels so sorry for any confusion with DHL who should have told you that. We are really sorry for your poor experience. I will get one of our Customer Service team on this now to ensure your refund is sorted out although it can take up to 30 days as per our website although we really try to get them resolved within a week Once again apologises

Good Morning Your order was Despatched on 28th August 2025 so we would have expected that you should have received it by now although shipmernts to Northern Ireland do take around a week not allowing for any misdirections on the way If your order has not arrived tomorrow then please contact our Customer Service team at -sales@vanstyle.co.uk In the meantime I will get one of our team to start investigating with our courier to try and determine where your parcel is

Ordered wheels on 11/08/25 received an email on 12/08/25 to say out of stock. I have received no follow up emails and still haven’t received my wheels, today is 27/08/25 poor customer service. Hope the the wheels aren’t as bad

I ordered the barn doors rear spoiler for my 2023 peugeot partner and the lo ger spoiler on the rear left door is absolutely a terrible fit. When you long the spoiler up in place there is a gap the width of your small baby finger.

Absolutely unhappy. When boxes arrived they were damaged, the wheels balancing counter weights were all off, 2 x tyres were losing air and partially flat. Appalling service!!!

Didn't receive my delivery dhl tried saying it was delivered to number 54 in my street no such number in my street and signed by David whoever that they now saying the driver was Agency and they cant get hold of him waiting for refund had enough of being told different things

Ordered a bonnet protector from my Citroen Relay, which the company advised would fit when asking the question. However when receiving item it didn't fit and I'm unsure if it was just a faulty item or how this item is. Contacted company and we were constantly going back and forth on messaged but they never answered my questions fully nor would they pay for my to return the item! I'd advise people to avoid this company as when it goes wrong they aren't much help!

Bought a set of vamoose F45 brackets. The details say no special tools required. However on delivery I found the brackets are supplied with Riv nuts that requires a special Riv nut tools to fit at a cost of £35. Your website description is very misleading
