Item arrived in good time and appears to be good quality but no instructions provided, emailed to request them and still haven't received any so a bit disappointed with the lack of customer service.

I had ordered some larger items and some smaller items. The smaller items arrived scuffed and damaged, due to the way the had been packaged up with no packaging and just left in the box with the larger items. Seems like a right rigmarole to send em back. Ordered replacements from elsewhere. Disappointing.

Been good in the past. Bought some wheels first thing last Monday morning, didn’t hear anything so rang them Wednesday morning, was told they were being dispatched that day, to then receive an email to say they had been discontinued and refunded. Only just got money back in my bank exactly a week later. No phone call or option to buy different wheels ,nothing. Shouldn’t be advertised when they haven’t got them to post. Wouldn’t mind so much but I bought new tyres to get them on in time for mot

The processing and delivery time was good. Frustratingly the package arrived damaged with the item bent. After reading the return instructions, it was just a pain of a process so I just did my best with what I had and tried to rebend it back into shape. Not ideal but seems to work alright. I know the damage is more of the couriers fault but the returns process didn't seem to friendly even with faulty goods.

Their products are similar to any others on the market, likely from same suppliers so no major issues on quality over competitors. However their fitting instructions are very poor, so I have to go to competitor sites to find instructions.

It's a problem for me to admit a review because both my order was called, I do not live in GBR so the only thing I would like you to change is the possibility for customers to select which country they live in since you dont deliver anywhere else.

The VW mat was very good quality, but the non-VW rear mat for the multivan was lesser quality and doesn't even fit, even though it states standard multivan

Having bought several items in the past and been more than happy with the service I've received I can't complain about the speed of order processing or speed of delivery, but unfortunately I ordered an abs bumper protector that arrived damaged the courier had clearly tried to fold it causing the abs to be bent out of shape and crack, emailed customer service with pictures and have been ignored! More a review of the couriers they use and the lack of of customer service response, sort those out and you've got a good company! if you pay £13 for delivery of a item you expect it to arrive undamaged.

Purchased led number plate lights for 2019/24 transporter t6.1 do not fit to make water tight seal without modification (cut corners so they recess) also throw dash warning light on for number plate light failure even when working. 8.99 excessive delivery charge in my opinion.

Ordered the bug deflector, parcel arrived with no stickers in it and box was open and damaged. We are aware this may not be due to the company’s mistake but from the courier company. We have emailed about the stickers and still had no reply, my dad (Bennett’s distribution) orders from here a lot and was quite disappointed with this purchase this time around, hope you can get bsck to us about the stickers and damage the deflector has due to broken box

Good, prompt service but let down by quality. T6.1 rear mudflaps have poor flap to skirt fitting brackets leading to premature failure through corrosion and fatigue. The skirt nut plate has weld splatter within nuts causing obvious fitting problems and needed re-tapping prior to fitting. Curiously the flap inner stay is heavier gauge material and is quite robust. It would suggest maybe a manufacturer is trying to save a bit of money on thinner gauge side bracket material? Shame because the flaps themselves are good quality.

Sadly DHL are not as good as Van style products. My purchase has been sat at the local delivery centre since the early hours of Thursday morning.

We are sorry you are not happy with our delivery charges and also the amount of time this delivery seems to have taken. Unfortunately, we have very little control over our couriers and this parcel seems to have been "stuck" for almost a week in their Bristol depot. This will be reported back to their regional sales manager. Once again please accept our apologizes.

Ordered seat covers for 2024 transit custom. Well made & fit well. Only downside is my van has 2 arm rests as standard but covers only came with 1 armrest cover. Contacted vanstyle & was told i would have to purchase another full set as they wouldn’t supply the extra cover on its own
