Item arrived on time but is of very poor quality. Bonnet wind deflactor is so low that it covers half the indicators. An immediate MOT failure. You will need to drill more holes to allow it to sit at a suitable height. Avoid and go for the ones shaped to avoid the lights.

Unfinished and poorly constructed Gear knob and Gater. When contacted reference this a rather rude email telling me to just return the items then.

Really didn't like the side bars I ordered at all, they are not long enough for the van, they look ridiculous and I've paid to have them fitted so I'm loathed to pay to have then taken back off again but I'm tempted!

Placed order on 17th Jan was told by the end of the week , then yesterday 27th told should be in a day or two . Now today 28th told due in on 7th feb . They don’t seem to actually have a clue so can’t leave a positive review . No doubt the product will be fine though

Hi - The bars you ordered have been on back-order for a while and whilst we do try to be as accurate as possible with ETA's I'm afraid these are on a container ship comming from outside of Europe and the estimated times do change quite frequently. The most up to date estimate we have is 7th Feb and rest assured yours will be one of the first sets delivered from that batch. Thank you form your patience Vanstyle

Order Number: 3549534 Very unhappy with customer service and delivery.!Ordered item on 30th November. Courier called me on Wednesday 4th December to let me know arrived with item. When I went to the delivery van to collect parcel, the courier could not find it. He then left with no information and me with no item. I called your customer services and spoke to ‘Stephen’ and he told me he would look into this and I should call him back on Friday 6th December. I actually called Stephen back on Monday the 9th due to still no parcel arriving and requesting a refund (I needed the item to take away with me on the weekend of the 7th as a gift for Christmas). Stephen told me he would get back in touch with me to find the parcel. I insisted I wanted a refund but he assured me he would call back. We are now on Wednesday, the 11th of December and I have still heard nothing !!! very unhappy with the delivery and after sales response customer service has been no support to me and I feel that I have to do all the work after paying out. I will be contacting customer services again today to speak to a manager and insisting on a refund.

do not buy from these, bought a roof rail for my van which was advertised to fit but to no fault of my own didnt. they got me to send it back for a refund. but i was not reimbused for my initial postage nor was i refunded to send it back when their terms and conditions states that if item is faulty etc they would fund return. tried to contact them after return but no one would answer emails. so absolute scum bags. you have been warned.

i purchased 1 off VA0204 REAR SPOILER KIT,when the box was opened i found that 1 off the spoliers had been damaged,there was a dent in the spoiler.as a result my paint shop had to repair it before painting. an additional cost was put onto my bill to cover this work.

Ordered wheel arch trims , on delivery packaged poorly , some items damaged and backing tape for adhesive tape hanging off so won’t stick ,asked for replacement for the affected parts and pretty much told to send em back poor customer service and I am expected to pay for return postage , very disappointed and won’t use again or recommend

Product sent was not as described and did not fit the caravelle 3seat bench as stated. Arranged a replacement and this still did not fit. Cannot use all three seat belts with the cover.

I purchased side steps from you but have got lost in transit. I was told they would look into it and call me back but no one contacted me. I called next day and was told you would call me back but no phone call again. I will not be using your company again as customer service is rubbish and will be visiting your company on Monday to get my money back.

Damaged item sent, vanstyle sent a replacement and didn't require the damaged item returned so I disposed of it.(low cost item with high pnp charge) . Replacement was the wrong colour/finish so organised a return to be told I now am required to return both items for a refund knowing I had disposed of the first one sent out. Didn't need to return the damaged one if I kept the replacement. Very poor customer service vanstyle.

My VW T5.1 2010-15 ABS Gloss Black Lower Front Lip Splitter (VA6349) = £76.50 Arrived with box already opened, seeing as the plastic was still attached, I went along with Good faith, however whenever unwrapped upon fitting to find multiple scratches on the Splitter! Not good good enough for the price it cost! See picture as reference.

My purchace from van style took ages to arrive when it did arrive it looked like it had been kicked around the wharehouse for an hour or two, one box was fully open and the other partially open, then the parts inside had to be stuck togehrter there was no mention of this on the website when I tried to make them aware of this no one really seemed to care ! ! ! they just said send it back but we are not paying ! ! ! so its cost £50 to send back just waiting for my refund, SO BE WARNED ! ! ! !

Ordered a couple products for my van to get delivered to Ireland and when I track my order it kept saying there was a delay in transit, I waited about 4 days and it still kept saying a delay in transit so contacted van style but no respons and it's been about 5 days since I emailed them. Don't waste your money. Terrible service
