Ordered as a gift for a colleague leaving work 8 days later still not arrived alerted treat box of the deadline as person was leaving the business says it’s in the hands of Royal Mail really poor service and mis-selling having paid £4.99 for 24 hr delivery to find 9 days later it supposedly still sitting in a depot. When a refund was requested they ignored my requests.

Poor poor poor Don’t waste your money on the birthday 7 day gifts. Total waste of money. I bought the full size products, rubbish is my opinion. You could easily buy the gifts yourself for half the price and wrap just as well. This is all my opinion after buying 2 for gifts. Childish jewellery items that could be purchased at a very cheap rate.

I looked online for a single bottle of 200ml Bottega because I had miscounted for my daughter’s Birthday . I was directed to Treatbox’s site . I had no problem purchasing it and duly paid ( thus entering into a contract ) . I received a confirmation e mail detailing my purchase and advising of delivery . To my utmost horror I then received an e mail the next day to say I could not have the purchase as I was not allowed to buy a single bottle . I explained that I had been directed to the site and had no sides at all going through the purchase , neither questioned or stopped at the till . They told me there must be an IT issue and stated they would not be honouring the sale . I reiterated the issue was not with myself the customer but them the supplier and I had allready paid for it and received a confirmation e mail and money had been deducted from my account . I also stated since it was only a small item and as a good will gesture they should honour the purchase . They refused and I never received it and had the audacity to not return my money for 4 days . Appalling way to treat a potential new customer or any customer I should say . I will of course contact trading standards as I then had to purchase another bottle of six due to there outrageous behaviour and not accepting responsibility for their failing .

Shocking experience from treatbox uk. Would NOT recommend anyone use this especially for over seas. Although a U.K. purchase was made from UK company the payment was converted to Euros when I clicked pay which meant a charge from the bank. The delivery charge was excessive for a letterbox package and even though bought as a gift it was put through as a business sale. When delivered my recipient had to pay a large customs fee and an item in the box was broken so not packaged well for the journey. All in all terrible experience and not value for money nearly €80 for a tote bag, biscuit, ceramic, card, coaster and book. Customer service afterwards bad too.

I was absolutely gutted when it came through the letterbox it's soooo small you really made out it was much much bigger on line but I'm sure if I'd of read the small print I'd ive seen, lesson learned!! God knows how small the contents inside are as it was a present not for me. Sorry will not be ordering again x

Purchased a treat box for my mum for Mother’s Day. I added the pink ‘my happy place’ motel keyring as this had particular sentimental meaning. Unfortunately 2 months later the writing has almost completely rubbed off.. I also ordered the box next day delivery a few days before Mother’s Day and it didn’t arrive on time 😿

I was really excited to gift this to my sister who was having a tough time and needed a treat on her birthday. When she called to say thank you, she did say it was very thoughtful of me to think of her, and she likes the necklace, But when she explained what she got for £65 (I chose to add the alcohol too) I was disappointed. The rest of the items were Meh. Cheap stocking fillers. She was none the wiser as to how much I spent. But I’m telling you now it’s not worth the money. Use the money to create your own special box for a loved one. I did message to complain and they said the money goes into the time of staff and the time it take to individually wrap the items. I don’t think the cost reflects item quality and value with the ratio of staff cost. I will not be purchasing again.

Ordered a aluminium photo card which was poor quality with a green tinge & not printed as required. Sent 2 emails & left 1 answer phone message but yet to have a response. Disappointed as it was for a gift. Liked the background of company but only positive is that it came quickly.

WARNING DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Hugely disappointed and honestly, a bit disgusted with this service. They incorrectly printed my delivery label, so didn’t deliver my gift to my friend but didn’t actually let me know it hadn’t been delivered and had been returned to sender. I had to ask my friend if it had been arrived (ruining the surprise element of the gift) and then email them, at which point they acknowledged their mistake for the incorrect printing of the label. They then tried to charge me extra to re post the gift despite THEIR error. And then when I asked for a refund, charged me 25%. Very shameful way of doing business, would not recommend and will definitely be going elsewhere.

No comprar desde España. El paquete ha sido retenido en aduanas y despues de 1 mes de gestiones por llevar dentro cosmeticos y "alimentacion" (1 galleta) me piden 62€ para que siga a su destino. Finalmente el paquete volvera para atras y nunca lo llegare a ver. Me gustaba mucho pero es imposible que llegue a España.

Sadly my friend never received it. I specifically chose a company that do letterbox deliveries as my friend only gets home late evenings and lives alone. Royal Mail shows it’s been delivered with a proof of image of delivery with someone holding the box with their hand all over the details. I therefore can’t even confirm that it is the actual box addressed to her and secondly someone is holding the package. There would have been no one at the residence. I can only assume Royal Mail has delivered it to the wrong address. So sad a I can’t afford to send her another one and it meant so much to me when I received mine. :(

Looks nothing like the box online! The biscuit I received was broken. The writing in the card was terrible, unable to make out the words in the card I therefore threw it. Very little pink shredded tissue. On the whole very disappointed and will not use again.
