“I wasn’t very happy with my delivery. The box came damaged. They did replace the box a couple of days later. But if it had gone to my recipient directly I would’ve never known it was a broken box. I ended up having to pay extra to get it delivered myself to the recipient as the box arrived after I visited my mil. They offered me 10% off my next order to compensate.”

“Got delayed 2 weeeks cuz of some error in the website that removed the flat number from my address, messing the birthday by 2 weeks wasn't good and the box arrived in not a really nice look from outside. the customer service were replying with whatever, but not sending a replacement instead they waited for the parcel to be sent back to them and then resend it to me and charging me for the delivery, would not recommend it”

“The treatbox itself was great, but unfortunately the company that delivered the parcel left it outside in the pouring rain. The gift was soaked through. My friend also checked her ring doorbell but no body rang it. She said she was only gone for 20 minutes that day. I love the idea and the treatbox itself but the execution was very poor.”

“Can’t believe there is only 1 leg size and it will only fit someone of 6 foot . Got told to just roll up to suite the leg length you require. And can’t even return them for a refund !! Even the questions below are asking how easy was it to return!!!! What ??????”

“The box is very underwhelming. As it is a gift, the moment you open the cardboard box, you are met with a random mess of shredded paper. It looks awful. Clearly they added it to be a premium touch and maybe for protection of products but the way it is placed and scattered just looks awful. Maybe re think packaging if it’s meant to be a ‘treat’. The products are very basic and even the men is very think and flimsy, lacking quality. I won’t be using and overall not happy with the products. Wouldn’t buy or recommend.”

“Allegedly my order confirmation and dispatched on the 5th September 2025. Tracking number provided for royal mail invalid and no sign of my order. Yet its the 12th and I'm supposed to be so delighted and no doubt a good review is hopeful.”

“Normally great service but for some unknown reason it has been delivered to the wrong address which has been added onto voxi drop, I live at 29 chester close and voxi drop has changed it to 28 although my last parcel was delivered correctly. Can't see how to contact somebody to change address so abit upset as was looking foward to the voxi drop this month!”
