Really disappointed. Purposely chose this as something different for my friend who’s going through a tough time. I thought it hadn’t been delivered , took a week of the team saying they thought it was lost to then say it was delivered. I spoke to my friend and realised I had accidentally put my friend’s previous address down, she went to the property and the lady clearly stated it wasn’t delivered. The picture was not the correct door. When I asked the team to support with this they said as I’d put the wrong address there was nothing they can do. I have since tried to go through Royal Mail myself but as it was from the company they will not do anything. I fully appreciate I made a mistake but it doesn’t take away there was a problem with delivery. Now I’m £25 down and my friend didn’t get anything. My advice- stick to flowers!

Hi Liz, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review. We are so sorry to hear your order has not arrived as of yet! As mentioned in our email communications we have had, we completely understand the frustration and the inconvenience this does cause you. We have spoken with Royal mail and they have advised us that with 48 tracked shipping, if the order is not received after 14 working days from the dispatch date,  it is classed as lost and then a replacement can be sent or a refund. Please note that all delivery times are approximate and not strictly guaranteed to arrive within the indicated timeframe. As you can imagine, once we have fulfilled your order and handed it over to Royal Mail, there can be unexpected delays with them, they will list anything on their website so please always check there. They kept my money despite being aware that the parcel was lost/stolen. Now they are not responding to my emails... Horrible experience. Never again!

The bag looked much bigger on the picture. It is to fit cables in but will probably only fit one or two at the most.

It also had attempted delivery two days after dispatching which is very quick as the service used is a 3-5 day delivery service. A horrible experience from beginning to end. Will never order again. Unwilling to help me when I tried to explain why I was unhappy when I over paid for fast delivery only for it to arrive over a week later. Already warning others so they don’t go through the same as me.

Hello 👋 Thank you so much for your review. I will certainly help with this. I can see that your order has a do not open date of the 29th of August. Which means it's been held back so as not to arrive too early. As mentioned on our website in the ADD GIFT MESSAGE OR DATE STICKER section - 
 If you do not want your gift to arrive until a specific date then please add the date required and will add a sticker to the front of the box if the date is still a little way off we will hold your order until closer to the date, so it doesn't arrive too early.

My daughter's sent me this for father's Day, I wish they had spent the money on themselves rather than waste it on this. A cheap soap bag, two tea bags, a biscuit and a shower bomb that after ten mins in the shower produced nothing. I will tell them another day not to waste their money on this again

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong box after picking items myself I ended up with a hug in a box. However I received no confirmation email to confirm order, which I do usually check. On arrival two items were missing and an item was broken. Really do not think what I got was worth 30 quid. Customer service was horrific to deal with, back and forth with emails, asking for pictures for proof which is awkward in its self as it was a gift for my sister. Would definitely not use again

Having looked over the situation I can see from the order that you chose our SENDING HUGS READY TO GO BOX, which includes the following - Rose Quartz Heart "Consider this a hug in a biscuit" - Vegan iced biscuit Pink Himalayan and Rose Petal Bath Salts Cocoba Strawberry Pink Chocolate Heart Amour Eyes self-heating eye mask Sending hugs card - We will hand write your special message inside Unfortunately I can confirm that no gift message was placed with your order which is why this was sent blank. There was also no build your own order made, despite intensive checks into this, and this will explain why there was no confirmation email for that. I can also confirm as mentioned in the email replies, the confirmation email was sent for the SENDING HUGS order to the email address that was provided on the order which you confirmed had a spelling mistake. This was then rectified for you and the email re-sent to the email address required. Everything that goes into TreatBox takes a lot of time, love and care, to ensure the best experience possible for our customers. I can assure you that nothing leaves us damaged, and we follow a strict process and never want our customers to receive damaged items. 
 As you can imagine, when these are in the hands of the delivery service, we have to hope that they also treat the products with care. 
 I completely understand your frustration and I cannot apologise enough for the experience you have had. I am happy to see that a replacement of the broken chocolate was also sent out for you the same day. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and I am truly sorry that you feel that wasn't demonstrated to you. Placed first order and refused to apply 10% after order placed. Poor customer service, which means I won't use them again. I'll just make my own box and send next time.

Parcel was returned to sender after one attempt of delivery and the person was home. No note or email was left. Paid extra for customs and customer service wouldn’t resend the parcel so couldn’t recommend this service.

I've already commented on facebook about the utter disappointment on my daughter's 21st bday box...I thought from the video the presentation looked amazing, instead we got it all shoved in this cheap pink shredded cardboard. Not happy and never got an apology or comment from my Facebook post!
