Box arrived and was clearly too small for the contents, bulging and damaged, the welcome card was marked and stained. I immediately emailed with photos then 2 days later was offered to be sent another box. I didn't receive what I paid for so replied declining the offer making it clear I would not be using your company again.

Order hasn't been delivered yet so missed a birthday. It was an overseas delivery but was placed in plenty of time. Still waiting for this to be resolved.

We have had a look into the situation at hand and can see that the addresses provided on the orders were incorrect? Unfortunately, we are unable to know if an address is incorrect on an order unless we are informed. We truly are so sorry for the situation and can understand how frustrating it must be. As the confirmation email is a responsibility of the purchaser, it is there for them to check over and to contact us regarding any amendments before the order is sent. Very disappointed as asked for it to be delivered as a surprise on 25th Feb and it was delivered at the beginning of Feb! Wouldn’t order again as it ruined the surprise!

So disappointed to find the gift is coming to me! There was no recap at the end to make sure this wouldn’t happen. I know I filled in the recipients name and address correctly. When I phoned to discuss this the consultant was not at all helpful. I purchased from this company because I received a gift from treatbox and was delighted, such a shame

I’m not very happy as I ordered the limited edition gingerbread treat box and received a Santa chocolate spoon instead of the gingerbread one. Contacted the company who advised that it is the small print that the hot chocolate spoon is a random pick and is either this one or the gingerbread. All the pictures show the gingerbread one and it’s a gingerbread themed box so I assumed I’d get the gingerbread one. I am neurodivergent so whilst this does not seem a big deal, it is to me

Order never arrived, reached out to customer services and they said they’ll reply within 48hrs… it’s been 6 days. I appreciate the postal service have been striking but this should have arrived by now as I ordered it on 21/11/22.

Please allow me to apologise for the delay in receiving a response. We are experiencing a high volume of emails and calls, resulting in longer response times than we’d like. I assure you we are answering all inquiries with efficiency and in the order which they have been received. I have had a look into this and can see that your order has been held back to be sent closer to Christmas as it is a Christmas gift going straight to the recipient. We do this so that orders do not arrive too early for the big day. 1. Read between lines before ordering to Denmark. You will pay 250Dkk extra to customes invoice 2.Did not arrive in time because of been held in customs. 3. Because of extra waiting time we could open package 3days before Birthday 4.Recived package was too soft for sendig so presentation when it arrieved was disapointing 5. Owerall price did not match the content. 6. Day did not get brighter after all

As mentioned on our website and T&Cs, custom charges may apply and are payable by the recipient. Please see this on our website here - https://treatboxuk.com/pages/delivery-information With international shipping it is a legal requirement to go through customs. Unfortunately we cannot give a timeframe of how long this will take and it will be different for each Country. We ship worldwide daily with no issues, We never want our customers to receive issues and we are so sorry for how the box arrived with you. Shocking customer service I ordered a treat box and it was meant to go to the recipient address for my friends birthday but instead it came to me I contacted them and they basically said it was my fault my problem from their point of view everything had gone according to plan. I just think nowadays with us being nearly in another recession and everything being so expensive I expected a little bit more from the customer service some sort of meet in the middle, or some sort of compromise just anything rather than washing their hands of the situation and being unwilling to help resolve the problem. I now have a present that I don’t want and a friend that will miss out on her birthday present on her birthday because even with me re-posting it the postage won’t get it to her in time. All kind of pointless really.

After first initial email there was no further updates. When contact made I was advised it was delivered, surprised no updates of this provided. A replacement was eventually sent however,they failed to include personalised message. When reported this I was offered a mere 20% off next box. Given there was multiple errors I would have expected offer to send complimentary box along with my personalised message.

My order did not arrive on the day I requested even though I paid extra for next day delivery. Having spoken to Natalie the issue was not resolved to my satisfaction. I will not be using Treatbox again

As you can imagine, once we have packed and dispatched the orders, they are in the hands of the delivery company, which means any delays they are experiencing are out of our control. The delivery timescales are not guaranteed - Please see delivery information on our website - https://treatboxuk.com/pages/delivery-information - We certainly want our customer's orders to arrive as soon as possible, and if we could hand deliver ourselves, we would. We have to rely on the delivery services and understand that they do experience delays. Everything is on our website and the delivery companies' websites with regards to the timescales of their delivery options. We have been in touch via email and confirmed your delivery with DPD, Due To Operational Reasons, the Consignment was changed to A 2 Day Service. To be honest I was a bit disappointed. There was an Easter bunny chocolate, and a 'self care love' small bag. I did like the key ring.

Our Lucky Dip Treatboxes are where we add products that are end of the season or from where we might have some products leftover from one of our monthly boxes, advent or many other ready to go boxes we have. I paid almost extra£10 for Sunday delivery, but my gift was delivered on Monday. That was a bit put off. It spoiled the entire purpose of it.

Very over priced compared to other brands in the market! Having looked around at other up coming brands I shall not pay these prices again! Also as a side note, kindness should go unnoticed, not as a way to publicise your business! That is not an act of true kindness! That’s put me off even more future purchase.

I still havent received my last box 🤷🏻‍♀️ Royal Mail have no idea where it is and I can’t get refunded! In addition, the only response I’ve really had is asking to ‘revise my review’ seems they’re more concerned about their reviews than actually sorting out peoples issues

Not impressed. Made worse by the fact my complaint was virtually dismissed as my own fault. Won’t be ordering again or recommending.

Hi Christian, Thanks for taking the time, again, to leave us a review. We are sorry you are not impressed. We do feel that this review is unfair, your issue was that Royal Mail didn't post your letterbox gift through the letterbox, and took it to the depot instead. You contacted us at 11pm on Friday evening and we were unable to do anything until the next working day (Monday.) You collected your order on Saturday with no further issues, and we didn't hear back from you. Your issue was not dismissed at all, we replied within 5 minutes at 11pm on social media, and within 48 hours via email. If you still need any help at all please do reply to the email we sent on Monday. We are very sorry we couldn't help more and this is not how we like to part with our customers.
