“Terrible customer service. I emailed stating I wished to make a formal complaint and this was ignored and ignored on social media - will advise people not to use this site as ok until you’re not happy with an order then they show their true colours and are not helpful. Charged me to put the stock back - I would never use this company again.”

“I bought a new mum box for my friend as a little treat. She was absolutely made up with it and said she was looking forward to a little pamper session. I have bought a few treatboxs as gifts and the recipients have always been super happy with what's inside. Another great treatbox from the team!”

“Bought two of these one for a friend to cheer her up and one for a 50th birthday and I'm absolutely delighted with them - both of the loved them. Great that you can choose what yo want and the packaging was great no need for wrapping etc and delivery was super fast.”

“Fantastic service and beautiful product. I sent this box to my daughter while I was away as she has anxiety and I wanted her to know I think about her even when I’m not near her. I filled it with bath treats and a little drink. She loved the message on the post card.”
