“I found my experience with ToolStore a little bit frustrating because the V-TUF Pro water sprinkler - skid mount was being shipped directly from the manufacturer there was no follow-up from Toolstore or the manufacturer confirming delivery. Following my initial enquiry with Toolstation Customer Services who chased it up with the manufacturer, despite having no communication from the manufacturer confirming a date for delivery it arrived 24 hours later, I was reassured by Toolstore UK that they would pursue my delivery.”

“Ordered Hoselock 50m hose on a cart with accessories at 15.00 hrs on Friday, arrived very rapidly by 11.00 am Saturday morning used standard delivery. Best price on the Internet too. I cannot fault this company or the delivery service, totally outstanding. 5* very impressed.”
