“Was seeking the best Dewalt hedge trimmer I could fet at the best price and Toolstore were the cheapest by a country mile…at least £15 cheaper than anywhere else online. Ordered a battery as well and all came very quickly by courier to my door very promptly (with updates from the courier as we time passed). Dewalt make a great XR range and am adding to it all the time, and will likely be back with Tookstore soon. Excellent service!”

“The item I ordered was in place of one I'd ordered from another company who messed me about with out of stock and back in stock messages. However after ordering through Toolstore the other company had dispatched the item so I needed to cancel. Toolstore customer service were brilliant, cancelling and refunding promptly, even thoigh I had requested next day delivery and my order was already in progress. They couldn't have been more helpful or understanding, especially considering they were losing a sale. Would highly recommend.”
