“An order was placed late on a Friday afternoon and a very large box was with me by lunchtime the following day. The price was the lowest on line and I was apprehensive that it might not be a genuine article. (I find that most DeWalt items - 11 last year - refuse to register for the 3 year warranty and Dewalt's HQ are very unhelpful, ie not at all.) However this £500 item went through OK. I am very happy with ToolStoreUK”

“Ordered a few items from Toolstore after checking their feedback etc, I found the website to be pensioner friendly and prices to be very good. Complete order recieved within 24hr thanks to DPD even though it was free delivery. Would highly recommend this business.”

“Great service! I ordered an impact driver, two batteries and some impact bits from ToolStore UK (aka Entwistle & Joynt Ltd). The items were listed at a good price though not the cheapest online. However, this company was one of a very few tool suppliers that had very high 95%+ customer 5-star reviews. Before placing an order I 'phoned with enquiries about genuineness of the items and warranty details and was satisfied with the information I was given. I placed the order on 30/09/26 and it was delivered by DPD on 01/10/26. I'm glad I used Toolstore as the items were exactly as promised and delivered very quickly. Good customer service and would have no hesitation in using them again. addendum 07.10/26 - I have registered the impact driver for the 3 year extended warranty on Makita UK website with no problems. Batteries and charger covered automatically for 2 years with no need to register.”
