“The item I ordered was in place of one I'd ordered from another company who messed me about with out of stock and back in stock messages. However after ordering through Toolstore the other company had dispatched the item so I needed to cancel. Toolstore customer service were brilliant, cancelling and refunding promptly, even thoigh I had requested next day delivery and my order was already in progress. They couldn't have been more helpful or understanding, especially considering they were losing a sale. Would highly recommend.”

“The product arrived as described, however, I paid for a quick delivery and wrote where to leave the item if no one was in but it took two deliveries and four days before the item was delivered to me. I was a little disappointed with the delivery.”
