“Toolstore UK sell quality products, and they despatch them promptly. I will continue to use them. Sadly, the overall service was let down by their carrier, DPD. They didn't deliver to me at all on the day that they stated that they would. Three hours after the delivery time window closed, they sent me a message saying that my delivery was delayed. I obviously knew that. They delivered to me the next day, but it was one hour after the stated delivery time window ended.”

“Well the chop saw I bought was faulty and trying to sort it out by email was no good but when iwrang and spoke to someone it was so much better she sorted it all out so 10 out of 10 for that ,but haven't had my refund yet if that turns up it will 11out of 10 ,well done that lady”

“It was a simple transaction, purchased a Sthil chainsaw without any issues. Web site was easy to access and use, once ordered the delivery was excellent, was due 2/3 days but arrived with dpd the very next day, really a very good experience throughout, would use them again and will definitely highly recommend them.”
