“The buying experience and the drill are excellent it was let down by the delivery experience which was dreadful.(left on my doorstep in heavy rain,which Evre categorised has a ‘safe place’)”

“I asked for help with an order because I was let down by another supplier and Beth was a fantastic help and we got my order sorted unfortunately DPD decided they didn’t want to deliver and sent it back to Tool store yet again Beth was to hand to sort this out and as soon as they received the item back it was sent back out to me and received it the following day. If you want tools use these guys they are fantastic. Thanks”

“I received an email asking me to right a review because toolstore want to improve there service. Firstly I need to say that’s impossible. Secondly keep up the good work. It’s very rare to find decent companies nowadays let alone one with very reasonable prices. Thank you”

“First of all there was some confusion over the delivery address as I had purchased from them approx 12 years ago and I hadn't noticed my new address but my old postcode I called customer service and spoke to a lovely friendly lady called Mia she was fabulous at sorting out the problem I had which cancelled the order for me and re ordered which I received the next day so in all I had a very good experience and the DeWalt batteries are great thanks to Mia”

“Was a bit wary at first cos some of the reviews were quite old. But ordered a Dewalt saw set (jig and circular) with tstak case. Paid extra £1.95 (bargain) for next day delivery and sure enough, delivered by DPD the next day. Can't fault Toolstore. Items were as described and BN with tags. Price was best I had found, even with so called Black Friday deals out there. With some stores over £100 more expensive. Would definitely recommend Toolstore and will definitely make them my first choice in the future. Thank you”
