“Very competitive price and quick service. Any complaint is with the courier DPD who asked for a safe place to deliver, which was given, but on delivery they took it away as they stated I wasn’t at home, but I was. Feel they couldn’t locate my address (a farm). Will use Toolstore again.”

“Excellent service and speed of delivery , very helpful staff members , had problems with initial purchase probaly user error, they were very quick to take back the item , ordered another on their advice and delivery was virtually the next day and so far so good.”

“Straight forward on line order and deliver for Einhell Grout/Patio Cleaner. I can report a missing spike from the contents of the box (which holds the shaft when changing wheels). Otherwise OK.”

We are sorry that the parcel was open slightly on arrival, but we are pleased to hear that all contents were there as expected. We use DPD as our courier partner and the majority of our parcels arrive in pristine condition with no issues, so we are confident that this is an isolated incident. “Good all round. Price, ease of ordering, delivered on time. Will be using this company again. Only niggle was the fact that my order which was a branded product wasn't in the brand's box, it was in a clear plastic bag, silly niggle since the tool performed as expected, but I just wonder why isn't wasn't in its own box? Hence the four stars.”
