Fast delivery arrived when it should have. Sturdy well packed packaging. Only issue I would say is that a part of the plastic above the LED worklight had broken off. Hence why no 5*. Just have a little look over the body first to make sure. That break cannot have occured in transit.

I have no issue with the product or the speed the order was processed and delivered. My minor criticism, the torch in its packaging had clearly been kept on a shelf for some time as it had accumulated a thin film of grime - it would have been nice if this had been removed prior to dispatch.

The item we bought was despatched from another company and we had to follow up when it didn't arrive. Customer services were very good once told there was a problem but perhaps Toolstore could track orders through other companies to check they have arrived

Hello, I did call in yesterday as the V-TUF VGM160 Synergy 240v Powertool/Vac Syncroniser has a fault, I had also contacted V-Tuf. I was assured by Toolstore I would be contacted and a replacement organised. I am just checking that this is in the system being dealt with as I have not yet been contacted.

Very easy ordering. DPD delivery a bit faulty - left in very strange place, with no notification. However, Cheryl in customer service sorted promptly +was very nice 🙂

Their delivery was actually next day on a standard delivery which is exceptional. Company fine. Customer service was helpful and emailed their supplier with a query I had, the supplier didn't contact me direct or reply as I was led to believe.

seamless transaction, good price, was charged extra for 2 day Scottish Highland delivery and it took a bit longer than that to arrive but not excessive.
