“All good but would prefer to buy in a store rather than online”

We do have one shop and the shop and our warehouse are based in Wigan in the North West of England, and we also have an online website where we can deliver to the whole of the UK on a next working day service. “The product was as described and arrived within a reasonable time. For some reason, the first order was cancelled however the CS rep was very responsive and informative. Managed to reorder and got the item as intended”

“Good website, easy to use. Very quick delivery, free if you spend enough!. Reason for 4 stars and not 5stars is packaging. Parcel arrived somewhat battered. Inside the box, loads of bubble wrap and the items on top and bouncing around inside the box, not wrapped in the bubble wrap!!. Items seem OK, more by accident than design. Would be safer to wrap the bubble wrap around the items. That said, good prices and will be ordering from them, again no dought.”

“Expected the delivery to be quicker as I had paid for 2 day delivery, however I am told I expected too much inn this instance”

Dear Mr Rodman, Thank you for taking the time to review our service, we do read all reviews and try to take any feedback on board where we can. Your order was placed after our 4pm cut off on a Friday which meant it was processed on Monday which is the next working day. Your delivery address carries a 2 day lead time from DPD so the parcel was delivered on Wednesday as we would have expected. Thank you again for choosing ToolStoreUK!

“Fast delivery arrived when it should have. Sturdy well packed packaging. Only issue I would say is that a part of the plastic above the LED worklight had broken off. Hence why no 5*. Just have a little look over the body first to make sure. That break cannot have occured in transit.”

“I have no issue with the product or the speed the order was processed and delivered. My minor criticism, the torch in its packaging had clearly been kept on a shelf for some time as it had accumulated a thin film of grime - it would have been nice if this had been removed prior to dispatch.”

“The item we bought was despatched from another company and we had to follow up when it didn't arrive. Customer services were very good once told there was a problem but perhaps Toolstore could track orders through other companies to check they have arrived”
