“Only thing I would like to see improved is a more accurate delivery date I was given before Dec 5th and the turned up on Nov 29th which was great but not expected. I am sure people go elsewhere when long lead times are given i know I have.”

“What I wanted, and on time with good tracking. Spoiled a bit by price of shipping. Couldn't something 6 by 1/4 inch be popped in an envelope instead of using a courier? It nearly put me off. Thanks anyway.”

This is a tracked delivery service, with most customers receiving next working day service. Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout based on DPD's charges for delivering to the customers chosen address. “Received items the following day and in good condition. Deducted 1 star as ToolStore were unable to Pricematch so had to buy other items elsewhere.”

Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, we do read all comments and we try to take any feedback on board where possible. We will always consider price matching where we can but this does depend on a number of factors and we can only offer this when certain criteria are met. This includes both suppliers having stock, and our current cost price, to name a few. We are constantly monitoring our prices to ensure that we are as competitive as possible and offer the best value for our customers, but occasionally different suppliers may choose to have certain products on really good flash deals etc. This shows how competitive the online market is at the moment. “What a fantastic company very competitive prices I have searched the internet for a product that was not stocked by the usual crowd but these guys not only were cheaper they had it in stock and delivered next day without any more cost would highly recommend”

“The product was as described and arrived within a reasonable time. For some reason, the first order was cancelled however the CS rep was very responsive and informative. Managed to reorder and got the item as intended”

“Good website, easy to use. Very quick delivery, free if you spend enough!. Reason for 4 stars and not 5stars is packaging. Parcel arrived somewhat battered. Inside the box, loads of bubble wrap and the items on top and bouncing around inside the box, not wrapped in the bubble wrap!!. Items seem OK, more by accident than design. Would be safer to wrap the bubble wrap around the items. That said, good prices and will be ordering from them, again no dought.”

“Expected the delivery to be quicker as I had paid for 2 day delivery, however I am told I expected too much inn this instance”

Dear Mr Rodman, Thank you for taking the time to review our service, we do read all reviews and try to take any feedback on board where we can. Your order was placed after our 4pm cut off on a Friday which meant it was processed on Monday which is the next working day. Your delivery address carries a 2 day lead time from DPD so the parcel was delivered on Wednesday as we would have expected. Thank you again for choosing ToolStoreUK!
