“Looking around for items that I wanted. Toolstore offered competitive prices on those items. I found the website a little awkward to use. Seller kept me up to date with my order. One if the item’s packaging was damaged, the item was not and there was nothing missing. All in all a good experience.”

“Don’t know about their customer service that’s why I’m giving 4 out of 5 stars. Got my purchase quickly and well packaged. They also had the best price on Kreg jig and clamps, so overall very happy. Thanks”

“Great service from ToolStore. Only issue was with DPD who delivered to the wrong house despite having a photo and what3words location. Pity it spoilt the experience.”

“Only thing I would like to see improved is a more accurate delivery date I was given before Dec 5th and the turned up on Nov 29th which was great but not expected. I am sure people go elsewhere when long lead times are given i know I have.”

“What I wanted, and on time with good tracking. Spoiled a bit by price of shipping. Couldn't something 6 by 1/4 inch be popped in an envelope instead of using a courier? It nearly put me off. Thanks anyway.”

This is a tracked delivery service, with most customers receiving next working day service. Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout based on DPD's charges for delivering to the customers chosen address. Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, we do read all comments and we try to take any feedback on board where possible. We will always consider price matching where we can but this does depend on a number of factors and we can only offer this when certain criteria are met. This includes both suppliers having stock, and our current cost price, to name a few. We are constantly monitoring our prices to ensure that we are as competitive as possible and offer the best value for our customers, but occasionally different suppliers may choose to have certain products on really good flash deals etc. This shows how competitive the online market is at the moment.
