“The order was delivered on time and arrived in A1 condition. I didn't get a confirmation e mail after I had placed the order so I wasn't sure if the order had gone through correctly. I am sure I am not the only person having this problem perhaps it is something they should look at.”

“The complete order received the day after ordering, excellent service, however very dissapointing that having purchased the Makita sanding pad only the only delta sanding paper stocked for it is the 60 grit. Surely stocking and selling the sanding pad and not a selection of sanding paper of the different grits makes no sense. Come on Toolstore, the excellent service needs to be backed by stocked items.”

We have 6 Delta varieties in the Red l/life sanding paper set up and had stock previously, however at your time of purchase we are out of stock in the other lines. When goods are out of stock on our website they are not then searchable to customers. Your suggestions are valuable to us, and our purchasing team does work hard to keep our stock replenished for our customers as much as possible. Dear Pamela The item you purchased actually has a removeable hard inlay in the bottom This can be removed by popping a flat screwdriver into the line that runs around the inside of the case. This will pop out the inlay leaving an empty box. We have an image of this on our website or your reference. We hope this helps. “Speedy service abd they use DPD who are the best local couriers. Only slight gripe was that the impact driver was lirerally 'body only' in a polythene bag but I accept it is as described. I had hoped for better packaging since it is a gift”

“I ordered two items from their website (which worked well) and the goods arrived the next day. I haven't used my items as yet so I can't say how their returns policy works, but next day delivery is good enough for me.”

“Very competitive price and quick service. Any complaint is with the courier DPD who asked for a safe place to deliver, which was given, but on delivery they took it away as they stated I wasn’t at home, but I was. Feel they couldn’t locate my address (a farm). Will use Toolstore again.”

“Excellent service and speed of delivery , very helpful staff members , had problems with initial purchase probaly user error, they were very quick to take back the item , ordered another on their advice and delivery was virtually the next day and so far so good.”

“Straight forward on line order and deliver for Einhell Grout/Patio Cleaner. I can report a missing spike from the contents of the box (which holds the shaft when changing wheels). Otherwise OK.”

We are sorry that the parcel was open slightly on arrival, but we are pleased to hear that all contents were there as expected. We use DPD as our courier partner and the majority of our parcels arrive in pristine condition with no issues, so we are confident that this is an isolated incident.
