“The products I needed were competitively priced. Delivery was as promised. Oddly, they didnt stock the dewalt battery that I wanted, so bought that elsewhere”

“Excellent value and service but I have one small gripe. After the item arrived it was wrapped in gift paper as a present. Then an email arrived inviting me to register the item with DeWalt. That required the item to be unpacked in order to obtain the various numbers required. In the event all was in vain because DeWalt made it impossible to complere registration due to their arcane requirements as to how to input the relevant info. You cannot just fill a box with the correct details, You are expected to change the format in some unexplained way so after trying to satisfy the odd requirements umpteed times you give up. So no extended warranty for moi!”

“The order was delivered on time and arrived in A1 condition. I didn't get a confirmation e mail after I had placed the order so I wasn't sure if the order had gone through correctly. I am sure I am not the only person having this problem perhaps it is something they should look at.”

“The complete order received the day after ordering, excellent service, however very dissapointing that having purchased the Makita sanding pad only the only delta sanding paper stocked for it is the 60 grit. Surely stocking and selling the sanding pad and not a selection of sanding paper of the different grits makes no sense. Come on Toolstore, the excellent service needs to be backed by stocked items.”

“Item came quickly but unfortunately was not quite what we wanted. We hoped for a box with separators not a shaped inside.”

Dear Pamela The item you purchased actually has a removeable hard inlay in the bottom This can be removed by popping a flat screwdriver into the line that runs around the inside of the case. This will pop out the inlay leaving an empty box. We have an image of this on our website or your reference. We hope this helps. “Speedy service abd they use DPD who are the best local couriers. Only slight gripe was that the impact driver was lirerally 'body only' in a polythene bag but I accept it is as described. I had hoped for better packaging since it is a gift”

“I ordered two items from their website (which worked well) and the goods arrived the next day. I haven't used my items as yet so I can't say how their returns policy works, but next day delivery is good enough for me.”
