Dear Shpetim, As your order was placed on a Saturday, it does not fall under the same delivery timeframes as a standard weekday delivery. Since we are closed for business on Saturdays and Sundays, we work off the next 'working day', meaning that your order was processed on Monday when our Warehouse was in operation. This is detailed on your order confirmation and also in the expected delivery date guideline during the checkout process. We are sorry that this was not as you expected. We aim to be as transparent as possible with our timeframes and list them in multiple places on our website and on the confirmation documents that we send to our customers after checkout. With that being said, we hope that everything else with your order was good, and we hope this explains why your order arrived on Tuesday as planned. Kind regards,

“Excellent company to deal with! I bought a mower online and when it was delivered next day I realised I'd made a mistake ordering such a heavy one. I rang customer service the next day and explained. They were very pleasant to deal with and arranged for me to bring the return into their store. Again, a very pleasant member of staff dealt with me. A full refund was processed within a week. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ToolstoreUK.”

“Good level of communcation regarding order,item well packaged and delivery was timely, all was great. Product only briefly used so time will show how sturdy the hose reel is but all fittings included and arrived complete and undamaged.”
