“2 off the 4 x tins of paint had the lids loose so paint was coming out of the bottom the box / plastic bags they were delivered in. Will go to store to buy next time”

“Excellent customer service, DPD failed to deliver my lawnmower. Tool Store raised a dispute for me, walked me through the process and refunded me in full. New lawnmower arrived without a hitch very quickly. Would absolutely use ToolStore again!”
