“Very pleased with the service I received although delivery was delayed for a couple of days but the item I ordered was in perfect condition when it arrived.”

“Product was great, price was s great. Delivery was a bit hit and miss, but this I think was more a dpd issue, rather than ToolStore.”

Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, we do read all comments and we try to take any feedback on board where we can. Our current delivery service is a tracked next working day service whereby DPD provides customers with a 1 hour time slot for their parcel. We find that most customers appreciate this service as it allows them to free up the rest of their day and DPD also offers multiple inflight options such as leave the parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour or even have it delivered to a pickup shop. Therefore the price isn't weight dependant but is determined by the service that we offer, and most orders above £30 qualify for free next working day delivery to the majority of UK postcodes. Thanks again for this great review, we really appreciate your feedback!
