“I used to make fudge for my daughters, and had a Jam thermometer, as it needs to be boiled to a very hot temperature to set. Then we got a Blue Peter cookery book, and found another fudge recipe with evaporated milk and I icing sugar, and vanilla essence but not boiled as high. But creamy and good. This fudge comes in different flavours and is delicious. Unbelievably good.”

“Received an order of 5 different flavoured fudges in the post after first trying their fudge last week at Blairmains Farm Shop. Absolutely fantastic tasting product, really smooth, full of flavour and great texture. I’d definitely recommend them with my personal favourites the Bakewell, Lemon Meringue and the plain fudge. They are a little more expensive at £3.75 but with a discount code and free delivery, they work out great value.”
