“First time using the Mortgage Company's service. It was nice to have a branch to go to and speak to an advisor in person, rather than over email like we have experienced in previous years with other advisers. Joe was really helpful and gave us good advice, which we have taken and in doing so have managed to knock a few years off our term. Shall come back to them when our 2 year fixed comes to an end, see if we can knock a few more years off.”

“I’ve been using the MC for years and although they have always provided a good enough service I don’t deem it to be knockout 5* service hence the middle range 3 stars. Here’s why, there fee is a lot and since the last time I used them it’s gone up by £100. What did I get for it? An hours phone call discussing mortgage options and securing a product there and then, other than that we’ve had very little comms from them. It agreaves me really to pay this fee as I don’t see enough for my money. Have I actually saved myself some money taking into account their fees as opposed to just finding a mortgage rate myself? I’m not sure, would I use them again?, not sure - I think we’ll assess our options next time to see if it’s worth using them”
