“Excellent service! I was a first-time buyer, so I had no idea if I could even afford a house with my deposit, but Tom reassured me that there were options out there. He was especially helpful when I had an awkward combination of PAYE and self-employment income, limiting my lender options quite severely, but he was able to find a specialist lender who could help, which I would never have found myself. He helped to push for the best deal when they were being difficult and picky, which is great. He was also helpful in recommending some solicitors and home insurance providers. I'm now all moved in to my new home, which would've seemed unthinkable just a few months earlier, without Tom's help. Recommended!”

“We've used the mortgage company twice before so we came back again this time and the service was just as good. They look at the best deal you can afford over the lifetime of the mortgage. Sally took us through various options as we were considering a couple of different things, doing us illustrations for the options on what the rates were and what we would pay. She contacted us a couple of weeks later to see if we had made a decision and recommended a deal before rates increased. Once we'd agreed on a deal the application was fairly straightforward. Then during the wait for the house purchase and sale Bethany kept in touch. Would recommend.”
