“Steve and Beth have been fantastic every step of the way. We're first time buyers and had no clue what or how we needed to do things. Steve is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and answered any and all questions we had, no matter how silly. Steve and Beth have made the process of getting a mortgage and insurance completely stress free and we couldn't recommend them enough.”

“I cannot praise this company enough! As someone who is self employed, the mortgage application can be complicated and time consuming. Thanks to Martin Dennis (and team) he made this application so much easier. He literally stayed on the phone for at least an hour, guiding me through the HMRC paperwork that I would need for the application. When the house that I was initially purchasing fell through. He immediately got me a mortgage for the new property. When the sale of this property ended up taking longer than anticipated, he arrived an extension on my mortgage offer. What could have been a really stressful situation, if I hadn't used the Mortgage Company, ended up being a smooth, stress free process. The advice that Martin gave throughout the whole period, regarding home insurance and life insurance was invaluable. I knew that I was in good hands and always felt that they ensured that I would get the best mortgage rate for me. Highly recommend!”

“Remortgaged property and removed my former partner from the mortgage following a breakup of a long relationship. Whilst a difficult time for me, the service received from The Mortgage Company was excellent! Steve Harman and Bethany Towlson handled my case. Steve's guidance and wealth of Information was most helpful, throughout the process, fees upfront and the matter was settled succinctly and without issue. The new mortgage monthly cost was significantly lower than I had feared it might be. Gladly recommend Steve Harman and The Mortgage Company!”

“Everyone at the Mortgage Company had been very knowledgeable and helpful. Easy to talk too and they explained everything clearly. When interest rates went down I get a new updated and cheaper mortgage offer organized straight away so I got the best deal available before I exchanged and completed on my house.”
