A special mention has to go to Steve, who went above and beyond by fitting me into an already packed schedule at short notice. He took the time to find me the best deal available and explained everything clearly and thoroughly, making what can be a daunting process feel completely stress-free. “A lot longer of a house experience than we could have ever imagined but Martin was a rock through the whole time. Every time we got bad information from the estate agents Martin was there to calm us down and work out how to proceed with every problem. We could not recommend him enough and any mortgage issue in the future he will be our first call.”

“Both James and Jane from the Mortgage Company have been really helpful with our purchase. James gave us clear, helpful advice about which mortgage deal to choose and both responded to emails quickly, organised our appointments in good time so we could move forward with the purchase at a good pace and kept in contact well. “Have used them a few times as they have been going years. Always give a great selection of mortgages to suit your needs. They work on the best rate overall to save you the most money over your whole mortgage and they can tweak to suit what you want. You pay a fee but its well worth it for the service. This time around we wanted to look at 2 different scenarios and Sally in the stapleford branch was more than happy to oblige. She followed up a couple of times with calls and messages to make sure we got the best deal when the rates were going up and rechecked before we committed. Bethany has followed up a couple of times since to make sure we are on track. Would recommend.”
