“Remortgaged property and removed my former partner from the mortgage following a breakup of a long relationship. Whilst a difficult time for me, the service received from The Mortgage Company was excellent! Steve Harman and Bethany Towlson handled my case. Steve's guidance and wealth of Information was most helpful, throughout the process, fees upfront and the matter was settled succinctly and without issue. The new mortgage monthly cost was significantly lower than I had feared it might be. Gladly recommend Steve Harman and The Mortgage Company!”

“Everyone at the Mortgage Company had been very knowledgeable and helpful. Easy to talk too and they explained everything clearly. When interest rates went down I get a new updated and cheaper mortgage offer organized straight away so I got the best deal available before I exchanged and completed on my house.”

“Amazing support and service offered from day 1. Gill was very helpful in the initial meeting and explained everything I needed to know. After the initial meeting, Gill maintained communication with myself over email and updates via the phone. Gill and the team responded to questions promptly and nothing was “too much” or “a silly question”. Would recommend “The Mortgage Company” especially for first time buyers.”
