“What can I say going to the mortgage company? Was a bit daunting at first me and my partner being first time buyers but James at the mortgage company reassured us and went through everything slowly and in detail and helped us out for every stage of the way he’s been amazing. We had many appointments which he always made us feel welcome. I would definitely use him again.”

“Being self employed makes getting a mortgage really difficult but Tom made it really easy, ensuring we were gathering all the relevant information and explaining it in plain English so we could satisfy the lender. Tara was also awesome with all the follow up support she gave to get it over the line.”

“Not to name drop but Tom Appleyard was recommended to me by a work colleague as they had a high regard for him with their mortgage and I can certainly understand why!! Tim is so accommodating, very easy to approach and speaks in layman’s terms with no jargon. I would say he goes over the norm and beyond for you. Once his side is completed second member of the team Tara Morledge (sorry another name drop) steps in and continues with the other side of the processes. Again very easy to speak to, contact from both Tara and Tom was excellent, even after office hours!!! Getting a mortgage is chuffin daunting for anyone, comes with many challenges involved, however with the help from Tom and Tara it was made easier. Hurdles no matter how tall were managed! Thank you so much team, deffo deffo recommend them. Mark & Sharon”
