“It would be nice if I got the correct rug I ordered and paid for in good faith. One half the size and the wrong colour was delivered. The correct item was supposed to arrive in a two hour time slot today but nothing appeared. This is pretty appalling service! If it appears tomorrow,I will amend this review,otherwise,I will expect a refund asap.”

“I have received my rug dirty, emailed about it try to solve the issue but no one replied, had to get it cleaned myself, since its white, and was dirty on the edges i had to pay quite a bit…”
