“Ordered a second rug after two day delivery. Second rug arrived next day! Friendly deluvery man carried rugs into the house. Rugs exactly the same as online, clout and pattern wise. Very good value for money ! Highly recommend .”

“The rug arrived very quickly and actually exceeded my expectations. However, the colour was light erthan I had thought and so wasn't quite right for me. I have attempted to return the rug and as it's large I need to wait for someone to arrange for collection. Unfortunately, 3 weeks in and despite weekly emails, I am no closer - no one has responded to my last email at all! So, whilst the rug is nice, the customer service is terrible!”

“Disappointed with this rug both ends will not lie flat I have put weights on it and I have double sided tape on to try to lie it flat I will be taking it up as I am afraid of tripping on it as I am in my late 77 years I feel the problem is they are rolled up tight and when undone they are curled at the ends and nothing will keep it flat”
