“I was a bit sceptical as they were so cheap. But my order arrived and was perfect! I ordered two 160x230 rugs (£29.99!!) and two grey sheepskin style rugs. On delivery a sheepskin rug was missing (fallen out on truck) and when speaking to customer service they offered to refund or replace straight away! I wanted a replacement and it’s been dispatched same day! Absolutely incredible customer service! I’m so happy with my purchase!”

“Received the completely wrong rug, I ordered a plain rug and received one with 3 different colour ways on . however I actually prefer the wrong rug that was sent colour wise. “Great service and price. I needed a rug for a large kitchen as my dog skids all over the floor otherwise. Couldn't believe the price and when it arrived it looked great. Straight away i went back online and got another one for the hallway. Delivery was within a couple of days so great service for the price. I would definately recommend as they have a good selection.”
