“My first choice wasn't quite right for me or the room but, was returned without issue and with good support. The replacement washable rug is good value and looks great and I don't worry about the dogs sleeping on it whilst I work in the office, as it can easily be washed! I just wish it didn't move so easily, but the dogs do also like to play on it too!”

“I was a little skeptical at first with the low price for this size of rug. I thought it would be poor quality but i was pleasantly surprised. Love it. So soft and fluffy and looks great. Highly recommend. The only issue i had was with DHL delivering the rug. It says next day delivery and i sat in all day to be told late on in the day that it wasnt coming. This is unacceptable. They need to alert customers first thing that morning if their item is no longer coming to save them a wasted day of waiting. Not the first time DHL have done this. The rug company were great but cldnt track the item or give me anymore information which was very frustrating. They should be the first to know whats going on with their customers items.”

“Rug was so thin,didn’t grip to the floor at all. Just didn’t feel to nice at all,the ‘soft’ part of the rug wasn’t soft at all felt so rough. Customer service was good though. Did try offering me 15% off my purchase instead of returning but returned anyways as rug wasn’t no good to me.”

“I was looking for an easy care rug for my living room and was very pleased to find what I wanted on The Rugs website (Ecology Collection Outdoor Rugs in Grey 200g - 120X170 cm). I used the Live Chat service to check some details on the suitability of the rug for my purpose. Not only was I given an immediate reply, but I was also able to take advantage of a 50% price reduction - so I ordered six! I was amazed to take delivery via DHL the day after I had placed the order and am very happy with the rugs so far. Admittedly I am just in the process of flattening them out as they were tightly rolled (and well packaged) but they do look good quality and stylish indoors. This was my first order from this company and I am impressed.”
