“I ordered my rug, was told it was in stock, then received the wrong rug, and was told my rug was no longer in stock, and nothing similar was available. Have been offered a 10% discount on another purchase to be added after the fact, but given the shipping to Northern Ireland is £15, I don’t know if that’s something I’ll be using in the future.”
