“When I finally received my new rug it was lovely, just as I had expected. Unfortunately I had to wait a week for it as firstly there was a problem with the delivery company, who said they couldn’t deliver first time as there was nobody home. I was definitely at home and saw their van drive by. Consequently I had to rearrange delivery for the following day. When it finally arrived I unwrapped it, only to find that it was the wrong rug. After calls to the delivery company and the Rugs the correct one was finally delivered the following day. However I still had to wait in another morning so that the incorrect rug could be collected. A shame and very annoying as the product is good. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.”

“To be honest I wasn't expecting the shaggy rug I purchased to be really good as it was so cheap for the size but thankfully I was totally wrong 😁 the rug is excellent quality & the delivery service was spot on, it arrived promptly & very well packaged with clear instructions on how to best lay it, hoover it & let it settle. I would definitely recommend this company & I will be buying from them in the future.”
