“The Rugs were very prompt with my order and replying to my emails. I had one issue when I wanted to replace my rug with a different size, they sent the same size back to me! They were very apologetic and sent the correct size as soon as they coukd see I had returned the wrong rug.”

“Unfortunately I had to return this rug back to The Rugs as it stated the colour was Beige on the website but when it arrived it was more like an off White colour and did not match my requirements. In their favour I would like to add that the return policy is excellent as it was free return and the refund was made once the item had been received by them without any further hassle. Would use them again but would have to find some way to ensure I got the correct colour match!”
